Unless he's fled the planet, or died, he'll be running a game somewhere and to do that he'll need security. If we can find who he's hired...and mention that he's already shafted me...we might be able to get to talk to him. Preferably at the end of the game when he'll be flush.

Crater's Edge has transient lodging and conveniently there are currently enough single occupancy rooms for the group.

I'm Assuming Rando is floated by his comrades until he's flush again, we'll handle upkeep weekly.

Also the Rockhound Kendrik is leaving at the end of the week for a month long trip to retrieve a find he made on his last prospecting expedition. The team will need to supply their own Vacc Suits. New are readily available at standard prices.

You do locate a shop called Hank's Discount Vacc Suits that offers new, used and parts.

To save time in the play by post if you wish to purchase standard equipment the Startown close to the ports has everything a Traveller could want at Book 3 prices. You can purchase anything in Book 3 - TL 11 max. Weapons are available with Law Level 4 restrictions (no military or light assault weapons allowed).

If the team is going to Hanks you may buy new or roll 2d6 to see if there is a "used" suit that will fit you. If you find one roll 1d6 for the discount from standard - you can combine this into one macro to save time. 2d6 and 1d6 in the same post. Each number is 10% discount so a 3 would be 30% off.

You may spend 1 game day shopping and just add any purchases to your equipment list.

The search for Fendon Smitts will be an Evening activity.

While often used as a pejorative as in "ugly as a Twilight's Peak vacc suit", the local vacc suits are designed to protect the wearer from the unique hazard's of the inferno side of the planet.

What models of Accelerator Rifle do you have? And what options? Ideally I'd like a low-light/IR sight as we'll be working in space - preferably with a computer-assisted targeting option.

And ammo. Do you have any of the target-shooting quality? Standard cones are fine but I like to have some that I can rely on at longer ranges.

And I'd like a back-pack hard case, cleaning kit, 3 spare magazines and pouches for those. Sling, monopod and gyro for zero-g stability.

What sort of price should all that come to Alphonse?

Are you crazy? I barely know one end of a gun from the other

Some of that stuff sounds military grade, is it even on the open market?

Fancy fights will run you a couple of thousand I guess and the magazines, cleaning kits and other oddments will be about 250-500. I've never even heard of an Accelerator rifle.
