I will take "Fighter 7" please. Seven being a suitably mystical number.

Will there be another list for the waiting list PCs? If not, should those of us on the waiting list let the active players pick first?

(That would seem only fair, imho)

Yes just pick a door. In the case of multiclass characters I swap out 1-2 items with items for their second class. If you are a ftr/m-u and you pick a fighter pack, most of the items will be for fighter and a few for m-u. If you pick a m-u pack then I swap a few items for some fighter stuff. So, pick based on which class appropriate items you want to be in the majority.

They won't be. The magic item list is an outline of generic item types (e.g. +2 melee weapon). I insert the details once I know who's getting the pack (e.g. +2 weapon becomes +2 scimitar).

Yes to keep thing fair and easier for Ron and I to manage, I will generate a second list for the 'on deck' players. I'll post it asap.

Check above in the first post. I'm making up a new set of magic item packs based on the same structure as the first. So active players and waiting list players pick from different lists.
