started to feel a little better during the day. i take a sudafed when i wake up and after a couple of hours i feel a little better then as the evening comes on the evening and night get worse. i have no idea how much of it is anxiety, wish i could get tested i think that would ease my mind

this sucks, in the evening i start to feel bad, feel awful when I wake up through part of the day till about lunch then feel better just to start it over again. I am trying to get a teledoc visit to see if I can get some anxiety meds, I hardly sleep at night

family just went to a outdoor trail for a 1.7 mile walk. chest is a little tight after and flem in my throat.

I have hardly moved in 2 weeks so thought it might be good to get more than 3000 steps in a entire day.
