Alright I updated the main thread. Waiting on Kunno but no matter if I hear from him or not i'm pushing forward tonight with Bronn and then Heltel's Actions.

Also I am going to assume based on the post for Bronn that he will stay away from Heltel since nobody has grappled him or held him.

Can the crazed Shaman ever be stopped!?

 ...nobody wants to touch him!

Had to look up the d200 thing, and when I found it I just about kicked myself for how easy it is. Check the link and read maybe a half dozen posts down (d20+d10, just like percentile only roll the d20 for tens place)...

lol I feel dumb too but i'm not surprised there usually is a way to roll just about everything.

By the way everyone if you ever speak with the user's "ThatDMGuy", "Dogma", or "Sparkles" let them know that they are more than welcome to come back but i'm putting their characters in the character pool and removing their threads. This is primarily to clean up the clutter and obviously because of their disappearance. Just wanted to put that out there if anybody hears from them what happened to their threads etc..

As a reminder I am now making all rolls in game that don't involve things like leveling your character etc... so just express your actions and feel free to really express the RP since your freed up from the rolling aspects.

Welcome, Grog!

AQ, is halfling a race-class, or can they take classes as well?

They are a race class at base and a bad ass one at that. There are some 3rd party classes that have been produced so i'm not totally against the possibility of races with a different class if you find one that you like and I can approve or disapprove over the base.

At some point i'm going to add all the applicable classes I will allow between core and 3rd party but I just haven't had the time to do the research and post it.

Would you be willing to walk through the changes from 0 to 1 for a halfling?

Yes, poor Heltel... walked into that one and the dice just didn't let up! Saved me the trouble of having to role play through the baggage... :D

He got the easy way out.

No DCC does not have multi-classing

I have started to do full write ups on level up procedures for every class. I'll finish up all of the base classes before I start looking at anything 3rd party I may include. For now the base classes should be good for everyone in the party.

Halfling is the only one I have completed thus far. If you have any questions, concerns, or opinions on the layout of that page please let me know.

I pulled this from the main thread as I made an update now that I have the book with me. Any questions as usual ask away.

If you have any extra characters beyond 1 pick one to be your main. The others will also need to be leveled but they will become retainers under your control. This means the morale checks listed on pg 310 of the book will apply to them (rolled by me) along with daily wages, food/lodings and share of applicable magic gear.

For any current party members they will finish out the current venture pro bono but after that will expect a daily payment along with food/lodgings.

In all other respects they will continue to be controlled by their original owner.

Is Fruldrick aware of the dead Aengus? He did not get involved until the Menhir was introduced, and I missed where Aengus died. I wanted to relieve the dead man of his small sack provided such an action is not contray to the Lawful nature of a halfling (considering the circumstances).

I read the entry you posted on halflings and adjusted Fruldrick.
-Do attributes effect saving throws?
-Do we add HP from level 0 to 1, or take the higher of the two levels? I took the higher (2 hp at 0, 4 at first, for a total of 4).
-The statement on Alignment mentioned halflings were primarily Lawful, so I adjusted his alignment accordingly.

1.) You would be aware of Aengus dying he died at the beach by the Menhir from Heltel which I believe you were privy to. Now if your referring to Burt you saw it but obviously he has no gear because he was pulled under the water. Boog is the only other character you would be aware of but only because his body is laying in the tower, you wouldn't know who he is just that he was dead with an axe wound in his head.

2.) Yes Constitution adds to Fortitude, Agility adds to Reflex, & Personality adds to Will. So as a 1st level Halfling your saves will be:
Fortitude: 1 + Constitution
Reflex: 1 + Agility
Will: 1 + Personality

3.) I don't mind what alignment you select no matter the statements I put up that's more for flavor than anything. Just be wary of stepping out of your alignment drastically. I don't care if your lawful and loot someone that doesn't seem overly chaotic or anything like that. I'm not a stickler just don't go crazy or give me a reason your actions are lawful and i'll back you up.

Also be aware I am going to do Thief next so you have the rules about halflings sneaking which refers to the Thief tables.
