Group Initiative NPCs [1d10] = 1, PCs [1d10] = 8 Adventurers act, yet again, first!
Adventurers
Whisper tries to get to
Andrella's wand and manages to grab it.
Laertes keeps administering first aid if needed then defends those unable to fight.
Peet attacks
Frunzalk hitting for
7 dmg! killing him!
Stefan tries to hit
Praek but is distracted by everything happening and trips almost banging into
Mim.
Mim swings at the
Praek but misses barely.
Pike attacks the
Ugh hitting for
9 dmg! killing him!
Onyx back on his feet again says a command word and a bright light bursts forth from his morningstar temporarily making it harder for the goblins to see to fight
(-1 to hit for goblins).
Lucky moves to the prisoners cages and frees them asking them to help them fight. The kobolds cower and refuse to fight. The dwarf
I'm blind lad can't help ya fight gonna need help just gettin outta ere." the merchant replies
"I'm not much good with weapons but I'll help where i can if only we can survive this."
Nelsum takes a dagger and joins the fight attacking

Are Mim and Whisper dead or at 0 HP like Madadam?

As far as Biskins can tell unlike Madadam the dwarf and elf are bleeding from wounds where as Madadam is not.

Never seen that before a Crit miss on one PC and a Nat 20 on the other.

Seeing the front ranks fall away is enough for Flea Bottom and Biskins to rethink the assault. They call for Praek to run with them. Biskins picks up a dropped torch and touches it to the oil nearby, hoping to block the evil adventurers from pursuing them. Still hoping for a promotion, he will wait for Praek to pass by if it looks like Praek will make it.
Flea Bottom is about to flee when he notices Madadam breathing. He hefts the witch doctor and takes him along.
As they get to the nearest tunnel junction (where 13 and 14 meet), Biskins will trigger the cave in trap set by the others, sealing the adventurers and the former prisoners into the dead end. Flea Bottom will run off for more goblins to reinforce the barricade with more rocks.
