Welcome to Autumndale
Re: Welcome to Autumndale
Other than the standard watch and probably no fire due to the lack of fuel (no trees), I'd say probably not...

Re: Welcome to Autumndale
Agree with Al, we set camp and hope for no overnight incidents.
Re: Welcome to Autumndale
Vik will take a few moments to try and find a suitable area where they can lay out their bedrolls and make camp, if that's even possible in the current terrain. If there are no trees then mayhap some place behind a rock or outcropping where they could be afforded some kind of windbreak and maintain a defensible space.

Re: Welcome to Autumndale
The group is able to find a area between two boulders thats abit of a squeeze but acts as a nice wind break.
Everyone has to stay close and wrappe din their fur blankets and cloaks as the temp drops and there is no fire.
very little sleep is had because of the constant chill.
The night passes uneventful.

Once everyone has broken their fast and prepared for the day, Cilian puts on the pendant and checks to see what location they should head...

WEST WEST

Re: Welcome to Autumndale
Cilian takes the necklace off and says, "West." He's in the process of stowing the necklace away in his belt pouch when he stops.
"Wait, west?" He looks west over the barren landscape they just crossed. "That can't be right. We didn't walk past any temples yesterday, not that I can recall, anyway! Unless... we walked over it."

"That means...." Osric stands and surveys the area, looks once to the clouds, and adds, "...that the temple is underground. We passed it. Probably that big one, right over there. Or over there. Or....."
He shrugs a little, gathers his things and asks, "Shall we?"

Ask the coin, Tub says in a frightened whisper.
Could it be leading us back to where we found the coin?
Could it be leading us back to where we found the coin?
This is a game about killing things and taking their stuff so you can become more powerful in order to kill bigger things and take even better stuff.

Re: Welcome to Autumndale
Yeah, probably in the area where you guys found that coin says Serg Let's go back there and see what the medallion says. I just hope there is some sort of entrance and we don't have to dig our way in...
Re: Welcome to Autumndale
Cilian nods and turns back west. He puts the necklace on every half hour or so to make sure they don't overshoot the temple entrance again.

Re: Welcome to Autumndale
Is Scythius currently with the group?
Only ask as I don't see anything here since like page 3.

"We passed it?" Viktor unnecessarily queries again to anyone he can make eye contact with, obviously deflated that they walked further than they needed to.
He follows Cil and the others back westward, keeping a nervous and paranoid eye out all around them as they travel back to where they found the coin. He keeps his bow to hand and an arrow readied in case anything deadly bursts from below the rocks and tries to attack!

Yes, we may all have need to break some of those rocks it seems. Digging in the daylight and sleep during the night?
Not looking forward to this. Not for my part.

as long as you are heading in the right direction the amulet is quiet. It is just whenever you change direction it begins screaming the proper direction in your mind.
