We live in a coastal area. The "big city" nearby is near a decent sized river, and sometimes tides and rivers coordinate such that people do kayak down city streets. This ain't Venezia, you're not supposed to kayak down the street...

That's a real loss for us. He's a great player.

Sad he felt he had to step away for a while, the games he was involved with will miss the creative input. Hopefully he will return.

I'll start another shortly to continue to serve as administrative "Notes and Queries" but with a more specific "plotting / tactics" OOC thread to run parallel to the main for each "narrative event" (e.g. the Endgame OOC thread).

New member gurusql has played classic traveller in the past and might be interested in joining a game.

My computer has finally died beyond repair, after limping on for nearly a year.

I’ll post using the fiddly little ‘phone, which isn’t ideal, until I can afford a new machine.
