Neck break:
[1d20] = 17-1
Autoblasting!
[1d14] = 6
The Pigmonn that Ron tackled (and is prone) still gets an opposing defensive roll to try and break the grapple (STR check = 1d20+1).
While Ron is grappling with the pigmonn, he is considered “entangled” and attack rolls against him are at +1d.
If he wants to choke, break his neck or otherwise attempt to kill the pigmonn with bare strength, the pigmonn gets a Fortitude save against Ron’s STR score (6 or greater on 1d20+1).

Absolutely!

Stat Points (Glowburn) must be done BEFORE a roll.
Luck Points may be used Before OR After a roll.

I'm resolving Round 4 by NPC'ing Bruce Lee Mk. VIII.

Scythius, Urson and Ardak still have time to declare their actions for Round 5.
If they don't post by Friday Noon, I'll NPC their characters.

Please note that Denslow's battle axe was broken in Round 4 (Critical Hit). Had your Round 6 attack succeeded, I would have considered it a hand axe (1d6 dmg.)
Your two-handed battle axe can be 'fixed', here in the field, into a hand axe. To restore it to a battle axe will require the services of specialists in Hagalton.

What does Belial plan to do when he reaches the group? He can reach them in 1 round, with 2 actions left.

If Ron pulls out his hunting knife and starts stabbing, how many attacks does he get?

Initiative: [1d20] = 1
Those near Silvestri hear his body hum with power as the psionist focuses his power of pyrokinesis on the orc. A twinge of pain from his wounds flashes through his body and the hum stutters for a moment and then fails
Pyrokinesis: [1d20+6] = 3+6 = 9
Just a reminder on how the rules work. This power had a fail that will not allow it to be used again this in-game day.
Active Mutant Powers that succeed may be used again and again until they fail during the in-game day.
Crud, indeed. Too bad your initiative roll wasn't the attack roll!

Appreciate the reminder. I did remember that, just thought I'd describe it that way for the narrative. Didn't want to spend more luck just yet.
how do we recover luck?

Each character class has different rules for recovering luck. Psionist, being humans, recover luck at a rate of 1 point/day. This is automatic, no in-game play mechanism is necessary.

None required. It's a group learning experience.

I’ll refer to the CUBM Cyborg rules to install a weapons port. A DC12 Int check is required to reinstall the remote (12 or more on 1d20+2). You add an additional 1d2 to this roll (your jury rig modifier). It will take 5 turns to fix the weapon.
4 points of your damage was to artificial parts (which ignored 2 points of damage; I adjusted your current hit point tally). Fixing this 4 hp of damage requires a DC 9 Int check (9 or more on 1d20+2 plus the 1d2 jury rig modifier). It will take 4 turns to repair the 4hp of damage.

For your Round 7 Action? No, its not too late. Go ahead and edit your post.

OK, Ron must now spend the next 5 turns (50 minutes) fixing his auto blaster.
