Prison Battle Round 1 Summary
Group Initiative NPCs [1d10] = 2, PCs [1d10] = 9 Adventurer's go first!

Adventurers
Female Human in Armor 1 casts something on Ugh and says "sleep" but it appears to not affect the Ugh at all.
Save v Spell Roll Save vs Spell [1d20] = 19
Male Dwarf tries to get the bugbear to join them but his words just appear to infuriate the bugbear more.
Female Human in Armor 2 attacks Acs on the right hitting it for 7 dmg! killing him!
Cloaked Male Human throws a pair of throwing daggers at Zugs on the left hitting for 2 dmg!
Old Man in Armor casts bless on the adventurers. (+1 to hit on all attacks and saves.)
Male Human Fighter 1 swings his mace at the bugbear hitting for 3 dmg!
Male Human Fighter 2 takes position guarding the rear of the group.

Hrezek - Bugbear swings at Mim hitting him for 6 dmg!
Acs Killed by Female Human in Armor 1
Zugz swings back at Male Human Fighter 1 but misses.
Ugh attacks Male Human Fighter 1 hitting for 6 dmg! injuring him badly.

Hanging back for an easy retreat, Madadam cats Hold Person, focusing on the more obvious casters in the party, including the tall, ugly one that attempted to cast sleep.

Just in front of the shaman, Biskins and Flea Bottom for arrows at the less engaged adventurers.

Short Bow (THAC0 20): [1d20] = 9, dmg [1d6] = 4
Short Bow (THAC0 20): [1d20] = 15, dmg [1d6] = 6 could it be a hit!? :o

Repost of previous attack. Unless G.W. wants me to reroll?

Retch and Gock will wait for the bugbear to attack the adventures. Hopefully the bugbear waits near split in the tunnel where they can sneak around behind them and throw the flasks of oil.

Snotrag and Spittle let fly with their slings as the warband closes with the intruders:

Snotrag:

Spittle:

Frontal Goblin Attack Party
Hrezek - Bugbear swings at the Mim but misses.
Zugz swings at Peet but misses.
Ugh swings at Peet hitting for 2 dmg!

Rear Goblin Attack Party
Madadam begins casting a spell and Laertes stiffens unable to move Failed save vs Hold Person Cole feels the same feeling at first but is able to overcome it. Passed save vs Hold Person
Biskins fires at Whisper but misses.
Flea Bottom fires at Onyx hitting for 6 dmg!
Retch throws a flask towards the party but it flies wild and lands back by the prisoner cages spilling lamp oil on the floor.
Gock throws a flask towards the party this one lands near Stefan spilling out oil on the floor near his feet.
Snotrag fires a sling stone at Cole but misses.
Spittle fires a sling stone at Whisper but misses.
Praek charges at Stefan swinging his sword missing.
Frunzalk a goblin with a spear attacks Onyx hitting for 6 dmg! and she drops to the ground bleeding out.

Adventurers
Whisper casts sleep on the rear attacking goblin party focused on the goblin spell caster.
Laertes tries to heal Peet but can't move she is held in place. Hold Person
Peet grabs up the goblin's crude spear and tries to attack the goblin with the spear that dropped Onyx but misses.
Stefan attacks the Praek hitting critically busting the goblin's nose blood splatters on the goblin next to him and the nose is bashed terribly the hit deals 3 dmg!
Mim takes a swing at the Hrezek - Bugbear but fails to connect.
Pike attacks the Hrezek - Bugbear but too fails to connect.
Onyx drops to the ground bleeding out!
Lucky hurls two daggers at the Hrezek - Bugbear hitting with both for 5 dmg!
Andrella swings her staff at Zugz hitting it for 1 dmg!
Cole casts Cure Light Wounds on Peet healing him for 7 HP

Madadam feels a tingling of a spell being cast on or near him but manages to stave off it's affects.
Flea Bottom feels the same sensation and falls asleep dropping his bow.
Biskins too feels the sensation and falls asleep dropping his bow as well.
Retch feels a strange tingling and falls asleep dropping anything he might have had in hand.
Gock feels a strange tingling and falls asleep dropping anything he might have had in hand.

Spittle rushes forward, attacking with his spear, while Snotrag draws his stone mace and heads in.

If they are clever enough, they would attack the source of the spells, Whisper. If not then they'd go for the closest, least armoured, foe.

Spittle:

Spear: to-hit [1d20-1] = 6-1 = 5, dmg [1d6] = 1

Snotrag:

Stone headed mace: to-hit [1d20] = 5, dmg [1d6] = 3

Ugh stabs his spear at Peet missing him.

Madadam kicks Biskins and Retch trying to wake them.
Biskins gets kicked awake by Madadam
Flea Bottom is magically asleep
Retch gets kicked awake by Madadam
Gock is magically asleep
Snotrag tries to get closer to attack the mage but cannot get through and takes a swing at Laertes but misses.
Spittle tries to spear Whisper but misses.
Praek swings his sword at Stefan missing.
Frunzalk tries to spear Cole but misses.

Whisper casts magic missile at Madadam for 3 dmg!
Laertes is magically held until end of round 4.

Mim swings at the Hrezek - Bugbear and hits for 1 dmg!.
Pike attacks the Hrezek - Bugbear but too fails to connect.
Onyx is unconscious and no longer bleeding out.
Lucky swings his dagger at Hrezek - Bugbear missing.
Andrella points a wand at Zugz and a magic missile hits him for 3 dmg!
Cole grabs Onyx and drags him out of harms way (hopefully) and casts cure light wounds on him stopping the bleeding however Onyx remains unconscious.

Biskins proves he was the wrong goblin to wake by firing his bow at a wall.
Short bow [1d20] = 4, dmg [1d6] = 1

Madadam casts hold person, centering on Whisper, Cole and Andrella.

Madadam lies on the floor, near death.

edited to reelect Madadam's current HP of 0.

Adventurers
Whisper moves back to where Cole, Onyx & Laertes are back in the prisoner cage area.
Laertes moved back to where Cole moved Onyx's body to and casts Cure Light Wounds on Onyx.
Peet attacks Frunzalk misses falls and drops his weapon!
Stefan tries to hit Praek but misses again.
Mim swings at the Hrezek - Bugbear and hits for 18 dmg! killing him and breaking the bugbears weapon!
Pike attacks the Zugz and hits for 5 dmg! killing him!
Onyx is healed and begins to come back into consciousness.
Lucky swings his dagger at Ugh hitting for 2 dmg!
Andrella points a wand at Snotrag and a magic missile hits him for 3 dmg!
Cole gets Onyx back where the prisoner cages are and guards Onyx's body.

Snotrag tries to swing at Laertes but but can't get to where she is so takes a swing at Andrella missing.
Spittle tries to spear Whisper but can't because the mage moved so instead attacks Lucky hitting for 6 dmg!
Praek swings his sword at Stefan hitting for 5 dmg!
Frunzalk takes the opportunity to attack Peet on the ground hitting for 1 dmg!
