By "initial reaction", do you mean "Crom's nonexistent library"? I changed it because the alliterative "Crom's barren bookshelf" sounded better.

Yes, I know the image in my latest DM post doesn't look exactly like Torix. But it does have the benefit of having been painted by N.C. Wyeth.

N.C. Wyeth is great. If you need a heroic image for about any genre (medieval, pirates, frontier, Old West, whatever), N.C. is a good go-to.

I have my doubts that darts can be crafted solely from wood. My understanding is that throwing darts require a metal head for balance.
