Raffi will collect his thrown daggers and sheath them both.

Hex will recover the two Shetland ponies whilst the others decide what is to be done.

The two Shtelke attempt to flee to the south with Androgost and Nah both taking a parting shot. Nah throws his crossbow to the ground and takes a two handed slash through the back of the creature. Androgost has an awkward swing almost losing his balance. Garrant casts a Web spell and captures the escaping Shtelke.

Four of the five Shtelke are dead. The group starts to discuss what to do, but it is obvious that while do have a few minutes the Shtelke is slowly by surely tearing through the Web. Raffi and Hex start to collect some of there possessions that have be left in the area.

Qleceec

Qleceec moves over to point blank range where the Shtelke can see her and draws back with her bow. "You can stop moving and answer some questions or I will fill you with arrows before you can ever get out."

Hex will ride the ponies up to the edge of the webbing, and gesture for Raffi to join him, handing the halfling the reins.

He will then cast Hypnotism onto the struggling creature.
“Surrendering to us and answer the half-elf druid woman’s questions completely honestly will quite likely save your life. You will do these things as soon as I clap my hands!” he says, and then proceeds to clap his hands.

Nah Olos cleans his sword, picks up his crossbow, and then heads over to the web. "He no talk. I take his tongue." He grins a toothy grin for emphasis.

“Surrendering to us and answer the half-elf druid woman’s questions completely honestly will quite likely save your life ..."
Siouxsie nods and questions the prisoner.

Ask away and she will translate as necessary.

The Shtelke is in the web about 7-8 feet from the edge and continues to thrash. The creature appears to not be making it very far against the webs. If it was not for the sounds of the struggle the glinting crystals would make this a beautiful location. Qleceec threatens the Shtelke with her bow, Nah Olos picks up his weapons and threatens to cut out its tongue. Hex cast a Hypnotism spell on the creature asking it to answer the Druid's questions and Siouxsie looks to the rest of the group for good questions. As few moments later, like a switch was flipped the Shtelke stops struggling against the webs and speaks in perfect common, "This is Preblshienchiashav. You have brought violence to my lands - killing four of my daughters and capturing a fifth. I am a merciful deity, leave an appropriate sacrifice for crossing my land and another for killing my daughters and all will be forgiven. Show your evil in my land or cross me again and I will not be as forgiving. Remember that my eyes everywhere." and the switch is throw again and the Shtelke continues to struggle against the webs - at the rate the Shtelke is going it will be a while before the creature is free.

Androgost

Thinking hard on all of this for a moment: We will camp here tonight... Qleceec can you scout forward or here, up the trail? Siouxsie, Garrant, Hex, and Franny, do you have any majick's that can assist in looking up the trail or general vicinity as well? We'll let this one go, pointing at the Shtelke, I don't think there is a lot we are going to learn from it. Since we are not going to leave an offering for their master I think we will probably see more of them.

Garrant, Franny, have you ever heard of Preblshienchiashav in your studies religious studies? Anyone else know anything about this "deity"?

Let's get setup for camp.

Garrant tries to detect any evil on the trapped Shtelke.

"I have no spells that will let us look ahead on the trail. I find the reaction of Preblshienchiashav quite interesting. What triggered the combat? We should consider releasing this creature as a gesture of goodwill, maybe we can then find another way of compensating for those that died. If this is just a misunderstanding then perhaps we can mend things somehow and learn more of what is going on here. "

Hex shrugs at the seeming possession.

I don’t recognise these creatures. Daughters suggests some kind of familial link, but I am thinking it’s more of a religious term, given that the dragon creatures were not particularly tough, and I always imagined actual deities offspring to be rather potent, like in the myths. I apologise that my spell seems to have failed. I can fly up a fair way for nearly half an hour, but I don’t think that’s going to help a lot. We should definitely reset all the wards if we are settling here tonight.

Garrant

"It maybe prudent to retreat slightly and set up camp outside of the realm of Preblshienchiashav."

Hex nudges Suze.

It might be worth trying to ask a few questions, just in case it did work. I think we would like to know who and what this master is, what the creatures themselves are, where the lair of these creatures is, how many of them are there there, where this master is located…. Are there any other lairs near here and how many of the creatures are there, what is causing re earthquakes, where is the cause of the earthquakes coming from. Stuff like that. the gnome says hopefully.

Pick ones you think are most needed first before the spell runs out. It won’t last more than five or ten minutes tops. Good luck.

Raffi will keep the ponies ready

Qleceec

"Considering we just kicked the hornets nest hard, I am not sure it is a good idea for me to scout ahead along just yet, especially if we are letting this one go free."

Nah Olos "Sounds like a dragon name. Probably what we saw in the sky. If it has eyes on us, it's those." He points to the crystals in the trees. "We should cut them down." He strides over to the closest one, sword still in hand.

"You have a point Nah. Let me see if these crystals are enchanted, that may provide us with useful information."

He casts Detect Magic to examine the crystals in the trees.

Qleceec

"I can accompany you Garrant, or maybe both of us. I am still concerned about some of them coming back. The dragon is clearly monitoring us somehow and may be directing his followers."
