The shot goes wide and misses.

Rick will move up and attack the Sathar with martial arts.

Attack 1: Need 68 or less - [1d100]=47 - 7 damage
Attack 2: Need 68 or less - [1d100]=49 - 7 damage

Yep, no roll for martial arts damage. Just base punching damage + 1 for each level of martial arts. No randomness whatsoever. :)

On the comms, everyone be ready to move. Im going to attempt to draw them away from you. To the GM, Im going to attempt to go to the opposite side of the building as to where the alarms are currently sounding. once there I will begin opening doors until another alarm starts sounding then i will high tail it to the roof.

The only alarmed door has already been tripped. The other doors have Sathar coming into them

Rick will try to usher people in the right direction with the goal of getting well away from here. If we can find our vehicles so much the better.

Okay, it appears as if we will be closing this game down. So, what I need are ideas from you guys as to genre you want to play. Here are a list of possibilities:
Fantasy (not recommended as it requires 3 or more players)
Science Fiction
Cyberpunk
Modern
Horror
Super-Hero
Western
Historical (refers to a specific time period, ie, soldiers in world war 2, etc)
Time Travel
Ancient

If each of you would put a number by each ranging from 1-10 (1 not interested, 10 do this!)

Okay, of the 3 listed by MajorTom, Teflon said Cyberpunk would be okay with him. Now, I have two systems that will work for this type of setting and both are nearly identical to the other. The first is G.U.R.P.S and the second is the HERO system. I can email copies of the core rule books to both players, so either system is okay with me.

I am much more familiar with the HERO system than Gurps from years of playing Champions.
