A little unsure about how leaving the dungeon helps us... help me out with that?

This 0-level adventure is almost complete. There is no advantage to ending early and returning to town.

Complete Map

thinking as the character, i do believe that after losing like, what, 6 or so characters, and getting some gems, they are already "winning". thinking as a gamer, and looking at the map, trying to finishing the north section seems the way to go.

seems we have 3 options:
1- finish (not likely)
2- go to the village , call more people (as if we could restock our personal roost to 4 pcs)
3- keep going

If the DM think its not time worth, lets just continue

The game ends when you return to the village.

Risk death and continue or end in the village.

Under the circumstances, I say we continue.

(This is my first Funnel, I want the full experience, dammit!)

Well, if you mean return to the village and then come back then its possible.

I may have inadvertently revealed too much.

Well, i love my character Anne, but thats how the game play
if we would follow the old school way, we should call the day and go back , as we are winning. but since we are just playing for fun on this forum, lets check the doors then!

I suggest reviewing the initial description(s) for possible clues.

dont think i quite understood: we did get the door open? the acid trap was released, and unless theres another trap, we can open the door?
