She nimbly creeps through the room, collecting around 20 caltrops for later use.

Goblin Gate
Kelben leads the group across the caltrop hallway, sliding his feet as he moves and shifting the pronged objects to the side, clearing a bit of a path for those following behind him.
Sky manages to collect a couple dozen caltrops over the course of her trip. While gathering the new baubles to add to her inventory, the tabaxi studies the dust that coats the floor, and while she's confident that there were probably small tracks that were left behind at one point, they were disrupted enough by the parade of companions dragging their feet in front of her that she can't make out the exact type or number.
As the rogue draws within 10-feet of the crude wall, he believes he begins to hear -- but not understand -- some hushed conversation in the goblin tongue. Then, suddenly, a pair of goblin archers pop up from behind the makeshift barrier and level shortbows in the party's direction.

"Oluul, tuuc kec daagaan!" the first says in the goblin tongue.
"Okay, stop right there!" says the second, in crude common.
The goblin pair exchange glances, then snarl at each other, apparently in disagreement with each other as to which language they were supposed to greet "guests" in.
Beyond the goblin guards, the filth on the floor, stains on the walls, shabby hides, and firepit attest to the years of use this room has seen at the hands of creatures unconcerned with hygiene.
A soft thudding sound is heard coming off further to the left. Then another thud. And another.

Hargrem
The cleric followed behind the others through the maze of floor mines. He watched as the gnome approached the wall, and the two goblins started asking them where they are going. He considered this and the intelligence of these creatures. He spoke to Kelben in the gnomish language. "Tell them that we are hear as an emissary from a party interested in purchasing a magic apple tree. We want to make their leader rich beyond his imagination. Then, we can kill them once we are over this wall!"

The goblin guards briefly lower their bows and exchange glances with each other at the mention of human children.
"Me - I mean we. No, me. Me ... maybe we..."
"Infermation 'bout kids. Worth something to you, maybe?" the
first goblin asks, looking to the
second goblin for an approving nod, which it receives.
"Yes, how much infermation werth?" the
second goblin repeats.
Behind the exchange at the base of the makeshift wall, the sorcerer does his best to look smaller and less intimidating, and at least doesn't draw the attention of the goblins he's meant to be hiding from.

first goblin, who seems to be the more dominant of the pair, counters with.

"Well fine," Kelben huffs.
"You forget what you know, and we'll go make a deal with kobolds instead."
"Like that one?" goblin two says, pointing at
Meepo.
"Yeah," adds
goblin one.
"You go talk wit yer dragon rat friends. See how far dat get you," it says, issuing what you believe to be a chuckle.
Meepo looks like he's trying to hide in place, and says nothing.
"You not come dis way," he adds, staring at the gnome with a steeled gaze.
The goblin guards ready their bows, which had become more relaxed. While neither has taken aim, it's clear that they're prepared.
