Noted. Thanks!
Beachtown isn't exactly paradise, but there are some nice, hardworking folks there that are really trying to make a go of their new home. They have over fished, hunted, and gathered this area to the point of there being nothing left to eat, and their agricultural skills aren't the best yet, but they're trying!
(Yes, it's supposed to be that way. So nice adventurers can come along and help.)

I think I might owe an explanation to towlowshang. I can see that you have been talking about building an aqueduct for Beachtown, and my character has suddenly popped up and "stolen" your idea. It's an unfortunate coincidence I'm afraid. Sorry!!

I had the idea for this character (Wes) back in March, but he was stuck out in the jungle and couldn't act on it. Now he's finally got here, I've been itching to get started.
I guess great minds really do think alike!

Chauncey will likely want to go investigate the slavers further, depending on who else plans to go and how soon. The idea that they've captured an entire village indicates to him they would have no qualms about doing the same to the settlement should they choose.

Once Alordan is functioning again, he could go back to the slavers (with sufficient numbers!) or the spiders if that's what folks want. He is getting emotionally beat down on this island
He'd also like to go back and tackle the small island off the coast with enough folks to come with him. Might be a nice base camp for the group or resources for the town.

Another great idea that keeps getting forgotten about. It seems like there is almost too much stuff to do around here.

Ok, I think I am all caught up here now. If I missed anything that you did over the last 2 weeks or so, just yell.

That offshore island does sound intriguing. If there is an expedition leaving for there, Maag would go along. If not, he'll go with the spider-hunters.
Wes is staying in town to try and grow food and build an aqueduct.

Thanks to our great administration, I will be setting up the new players private threads as I get time over the weekend.
So if you see something weird going on, that's it.

Welcome to the Island, Wolfpack and Kruk!
Monocar
We've made peace with the Treefolk. They are not animals! They are little hairy people kind of like Lightfinger.

But I need your assistance. Please let me know at your earliest convenience." With that, he slowly lowers again out of sight...
Medieval subliminal messages? I love it!

Can the new players post something in their private threads. I just want to make sure everything is working properly. Thanks!

Bigtaff, SpinwardMarch, and kruk.......
Please take a look at your new private threads when you get the chance. I haven't seen a reply from any of you on there and I want to make sure everyone is seeing them properly.
If you are "subscribing" to the threads you want to see in this game, you might not even know they are there yet. (I'm not actually sure how it all works and what you can or cant see on your end)
Once you log into the main game page, look above the normal list of threads and you should see the private threads that I am talking about. If you post a reply to me on there, I will know you can see them. Thanks!

Slavers? Sounds interesting. Will try and track down Chauncey or Alordan?
