So, you will notice that I did puppet the actions of Rhys and Aquar. I will do so in instances such as this, where such an opportunity appears and does not substantially put a PC at risk.

Thordin the dwarf wakens groggily, grabs his swords off the ground and with a dwarven curse (cover your ears!), charges into the woods to slay the Magic-User, then the cleric, and then the doppleganger.
Sword - Main Hand, +7 to hit, 1d12+3 damage, -2 AC bonus vs. 1 opponent, 1 deflection attempt/round at a 7 or better chance, Sword - Off-hand -1 to hit, 1d8 damage.

Drudsa the dabbler
TK, although you did not mention Drudsa in your last post I am assuming he successfully approached Innana and Thordin and is now standing with them behind our frontline warriors. I will state my actions accordingly, please let me know if I should have read this differently.
Drudsa takes a few steps back, sufficiently to get a clear line of shot to the second wererat which has just been hit by Lanny's arrow, and will shoot a silver bullet at him.
Sling (skilled) +2 to hit, 1d6 dmg, -1 AC vs 2 opponents, stun s/m, range 40/80/160

Bregalad the elf

Bregalad sees the two warriors rise! With a broad grin, the elf responds to the wererat with words and steel, "Too late, rat man! You should have fled!"

Bregalad attacks the wererat before him, using his shield and magical spear!
Finely Carved Spear (Skilled): 1d20+5, 1d6+4

If the wererat should die before Bregalad gets to attack, then he will fall back just behind incoming storm of Thordin and Innana!

Lanny the Elf

Lanny takes a moment to survey the battlefield before selecting his next target.
TK, I noticed that Lanny's damage roll with his silver arrow on the second rat-man was only 1d6, although I believe it should have been 1d8+2. That might make a difference as to whether or not the second rat-man dies in Round 3. If he does die, he might not have the opportunity to wake up two more sleeping thugs in Round 3 (since it appears that Lanny beat his initiative roll). But even if he does not die, I believe he would still have to make a Saving Throw vs. Paralysis or else automatically lose initiative in Round 4 (per Lanny being skilled with the longbow).

Also, I don't think that Lanny's Magic Missile damage was subtracted from the first rat-man's HP total (for the retconned attack that occurred at the very end of Round 2).

Aquar, cleric

"Back you bastards! Feel Godswrath's blessing!" the warrior priest is happy to once again be battering and cracking evil flesh and bone.

Aquar swings the war hammer at the nearest foe. "Procan will see you to hell! Drink deep of my fury!"

Innana the Fighter:

(Sorry had to change post) Innana wakes quickly as her memory starts coming back. Innana follows Thordin into the forest to dispatch whatever happens to be lurking closest in the trees. Innana activates the cestus, and has Swift fang in her right hand.

Semele the Henchdudess cleric: will aim her silver bullet at the closest were-rat, and use her sling.
Sling (basic) +2, d4
wift Fang Sword (Skilled): +4, 1d12+1 (includes the penalty for silver wire handle)
-2 AC vs 1 opponent
Deflect 1 attack by making a save vs Death Ray (11)

Cestus Blade (Basic): +2, 1d3, Offhand Ability (no offhand penalty)

I did apply the magic missile damage but missed the arrow damage. 1d8+2=10. The second rat-man is dead.

Lanny the Elf

When the second rat-man falls to the ground, Lanny surveys the battlefield looking for his next target. He knows that the first rat-man and one thug are already engaged in melee with Bregalad and Aquar and are not eligible targets, so he peers into the woods to try to make out the three shadowy figures. He sees Thordin and Innana making their way in that direction, so he tries to identify one of the three shadowy figures for his next strike that will not put his friends in the line of fire. He would prefer to target one of the spellcasters, but from his position he cannot tell who is who or what is what, so he continues using silver arrows against his targets just in case they are rat-men as well.
Longbow, Laminated (Skilled): 1d20+3 (vs. armed), 1d20+4 (vs. unarmed), 105/180/265 range (range modifier not yet applied), 1d8+2 damage
AC Bonus: -1 vs. 1 armed opponent
Delay (s/m): When the wielder of a weapon with the delay ability hits an opponent with it, the opponent must make a Saving Throw vs. Paralysis or automatically lose initiative in the following round.
I believe Rhys, Drudsa, and Semele had all indicated intentions to attack the second rat-man, who has now been declared dead from the silver arrow attack. It appears that Bregalad is at about 50% health after being hit by the rat-man and might possibly need some assistance.

I'm not sure if the second rat-man was able to wake up two more thugs or not before he was killed. If Lanny is unable to target any of the three shadowy figures for any reason (for example, if they are completely hidden behind cover) then he will try to target one of the recently awakened thugs (if applicable) with a normal arrow instead.

Rhys notes the others should have the first wererat under control. If he is close enough, however, he will move to engage the second wererat in order to prevent him from waking any other thugs.

He sheathes his sword and attacks the wererat with his bare hands...
Unarmed Attack (Mystic Ability): +1 To Hit (+1 BAB); 1d4+1 Damage
Unarmed Attacks: Hit as silver
If it is not possible to disengage from the thugs to do this, then he will continue fighting thugs with his sword.
With the second wererat down, Rhys will continue fighting thugs.

Drudsa the dabbler

Seeing the second wererat being slain by Lanny's arrow, Drudsa will:

I - in case there are any newly awaken thugs not yet engaged in melee by anyone, he will shoot them a regular bullet with his sling.

II - in case all awaken thugs are in melee with other party members, Drudsa will draw his dagger and start dispatching the remaining sleeping thugs.

Round Four

Thordin and Innana, having just woken from a magically induced slumber, charge into to woods to do battle with those lurking in the trees. Hearing the magic-user, a sallow chap with sunken cheeks and oiled mustache, begin to chant the words to a spell Thordin strikes at him with both blades. His magical sword bites deep into the mage's flesh, causing his foe to lose focus on his spell but not slaying him. Innana comes face to face with the false Rhys, who hisses at her in a manner very unlike Rhys. The red-headed warrioress slices into the doppelganger's flesh; he ripostes, but draws only a thin red line on Innana's forearm. The cleric, a stout, black bearded man clad in brown robes over burnished plate, raises a symbol from off his chest and thrusts it forward at Thordin, chanting words in an unknown language as he does so. The normally courageous dwarf is overcome by an unholy and irrational fear, and he begins to run eastward, back up the slope.

The two thugs move forward and engage both Rhys and Aquar. Aquar suffers a minor suffers a minor wound to one arm, and retaliates by caving in the skull of the man attacking him. Neither Rhys nor his opponent are able to land telling blows. Lanny, Drudsa and Semele all fire their missile weapons at the third thug, who is quickly attempting to rouse his companions, but the luck of the bandits is in him and all three missiles miss.

Bregalad squares off against the surviving wererat, skewering the foul beast with a well placed thrust of his spear. The creature does not die, however, and dropping his sword undergoes a horrible transformation into a giant, rat-like monster! It snaps at Bregalad with slavering jaws, but the nimble elf is able to avoid its bite -- a good thing, for he is aware that while the bite of a were-creature will often turn a human into the same, whatever disease these abominations end up killing demi-humans.
Shit, Al, I just realized I messed up on the previous round. You said you were attacking the wererat with your fists; I rolled you attacking the thug with your sword. My bad.
Innana takes a mere 1 hp, Aquar 2, Thordin is subject to a Fear spell, the reverse of Remove Fear and will flee for two turns. I'll try and get this combat wrapped up quickly so as to not leave you out for too long.

Plus, there is a giant cat out there somewhere.

Sorry, TK, I had him going after the second wererat with his fists, but then rolls were changed and it appeared Lanny skewered it with a silver arrow, so I set his action back to fighting thugs with sword.

Lanny the Elf

Lanny's eyes go wide as he witnesses the transformation of a rat-man into a were-rat. He is concerned for his elven friend, but he knows he cannot risk firing a silver arrow into the melee. Picking up his shield, he moves down the hill to rejoin his friends, then drops his shield and immediately looks for targets with his longbow. Thordin suddenly flies past him, a look of fear in his face. A confused Lanny tries to shout words of encouragement.

"Stand tall, Bregalad! Thordin, come back!"

Having moved closer to the action, he once again peers into the woods, looking for the spellcasters, for he sees that Innana has already engaged the False Rhys.
Movement: 30' to descend the hill and rejoin the others at the base of the hill. Lanny's first preference is still to target one of the spellcasters lurking in the woods (if he can see either of them clearly). If that is not possible, his second preference will be to target the thug that is waking up the other sleeping thugs.

Longbow, Laminated (Skilled):
Hit Roll: 1d20+3 (vs. armed), 1d20+4 (vs. unarmed), 105/180/265 range (range modifier not yet applied)
Damage Roll: 1d8+2
AC Bonus: -1 vs. 1 armed opponent
Delay (s/m): When the wielder of a weapon with the delay ability hits an opponent with it, the opponent must make a Saving Throw vs. Paralysis or automatically lose initiative in the following round.
