Unfortunately only Dimitri purchased comm gear earlier today.

Players make any plans for your characters and I’ll take the threads from there. Let me know who stays and who goes and I’ll handle separately until you’re back together again.

Before you go in, lets see where the fire exits are and if there is a watch set. A quick exit might be needed - and those balconies don't look easily scalable.

Alphonse will escort our "guest" into a nearby alley where he can observe the hotel but not be obvious to the casual observer.

Port Royal

Travellers Paradise Hotel


Rando’s reconnoiter of the building shows a main entrance plus two side exits. There is a loading dock with two bays in the back currently closed and gates down.

The building isn’t obviously surveiled but there are cameras covering all the entrances.

The group waits on a side street near some trash dumpsters where they can observe the entrance. There is no foot traffic and so far no vehicle traffic either.

Terry gives a small wave then heads straight into the hotel.

Terry, you can post your intended action here and I’ll PM you. The rest of the group can take other actions while waiting if desired, just post here.

Assuming the means to access the room and safe have been provided, Terry will walk into the hotel like he belongs there and try to inconspicuously scan the lobby for any suspicious looking characters before taking the elevator up to Fendons floor.

Outside Alley


From the shadows of the alley the group watches Terry bound up the steps and through the sliding doors that open as he approaches. They can see a few people moving about before the lobby doors slide shut.

I'm sending Terry Messages in PM in a sparate thread If any actions for the party waiting let me know.

Dmitri will ask Rando and Alfonse to trade off securing Fendon, so that he may look around and in the dumpsters for bottles, something for a club, discarded furniture, tools, etc.

It’s a tense 15 minutes as everyone waits for Terry’s return. Soon enough the doors open and Terry strides out, crosses the street and joins the group in the alley.

Lets see if we can pick up a signal detector on our way about...Wouldn't want these to be traced because we didn't check for a locator/bug!

I grabbed a datapad, a deck of cards and a stack of 50 cred notes. we can take a closer look once we get off the street. Where are we heading anyways?

Twilight's Peak Back Alley

Fendon's eyes light up as he sees the pad in Terry's hands. "Well done boyo, let's get off the streets though, it's not safe here."

Dimitri looks at Rando, cocks his head and nods toward Fendon. "What do ya wanna do with this Jackass, Rando?"

Rando folds his arms menacingly, "Fendon...Care to make any suggestions?"

Fendon holds up his open hands "Woah, woah easy lads. It was there just like I said right, the cash too. We can hit the bank in the morning now that I have the pad and I can transfer you the money. I do need to be alive to do that so can we please get somewhere else soon?

Rando says nothing and glares at Fendon for an uncomfortably long while.

"Fine. Lets see if we can pick up a signal detector on our way about...Wouldn't want these to be traced because we didn't check for a locator/bug!Rando says scanning his handcomp. He soon locates an electronics shop a few transit stops from where they are now. It's open late servicing the starport. "OK, let's go then."

Alphonse takes up the rearguard as they walk towards the tram stop keeping an eye behind them for trouble.

A short tram-ride later they arrive at Aesop's Pawn.
