Will manhandle the crates and goods inside, using a pallet truck as neccessary. He will place the rifles and ammo in the ship locker and the missiles in a passenger room until he can piece together stuff and make the cargo hold secure.

I don't think we opened the turret hatches so that can be another days schedule of work.

FYI - As Gunner, you can't see how loading the missile tubes while under gravity will be anything but difficult without rigging a crane. On the float it's easy.

The manhandling is easier with two (or three), but the shape of the longer crates means that you will have to stand them on end to manoeuvre them into the ship and down into the cargo hold.

Please an STR roll for the effort from each person involved. The more people involved, the easier it becomes for all

Arnwulf quickly realises the error of his ways as the missile - just about the equivalent of the greatest weight ever lifted by a human in competition - starts to overwhelm him. Pranit and Indrani rush to close the distance and catch the crate as it starts to fall - potentially crushing its carrier as it went, but instead it wedges Pranit in the door-frame for the air-lock. He'll have a spectacular bruise in the morning.

After this rash start, however, the remainder of the (now less spectacular) exercise is achieved successfully - although Reven appears to have been distracted by the Vacc-Suit he discovered.

Once the ordnance and other crates are transferred into the hold, Reven appears holding a bottle of spirits (an expensive bottle at that) which he'd found in the Vacc Suit's left-boot. He's also clutching a data-chip (also from the left boot).

Putting the spirits and chips aside, each of the munitions crates is opened and the contents inspected. The final tally is:
Missiles:

• Becker ASM-3's: 8
• Becker SBM-8's: 1
• Achilles ASM-A's: 1

Sand:

• Sand: 2
• Chaff: 4
• Pebble: 2
• Decoy: 2

All require maintenance.

The two laser crates have a jumble of parts and need to be sorted assembled and installed.
Oddly, the ship's inventory has no record of ever having any lasers aboard.

So plans to go in the morning to check out the mercantile and find any manuals, toolkits and accessories that may help to furnish a working turret rack. "Maybe there is an old grunt who we can hire to assist in the rebuild or do you prefer the knowledge that we are carrying weapons to remain hidden?" he asks.
