Selling the bomb: Since it's restricted access and illegal (kinda/mostly) this makes it very much a seller's market.

The answer would surely depend on the prospective buyer's determination for destruction / regime change / terror and/or architectural re-set...

Of course you really want to avoid any of this stuff:

With one of them you could name your price.

However, the other offers a neat buy back scheme (payable only in TAS luncheon vouchers - non-top shelf sarnies / no alco beverages) at a very (un)reasonable rate of exchange per kiloton of yield...
