Gotcha.

What kind of roll should I use for damage?

1d6 for arrows.

Your last attack was a natural 20, roll 1d3 to determine what Kurot inflicted for a Critical Hit.

FYI: Frank has a long bow with 30 arrows that someone could use.

I've updated Kurot's last post.

this is going to be a challenging fight. Do we have anything big to hit them with?

silvestri's powers have a short range, 20', and don't do that much more damage than ordinary weapons.

Norjax, when i roll on a power , can i choose a lesser result than i roll?

Yes. I will house rule this. I think its better for gameplay.

The DCC (for spells) and MCC (for powers) rules are not clear. I, personally, don't like the fact that a high-level wizard in DCC can obliterate his own party if he rolls "too high" on a spell casting. Higher roll is better, right?

Like, Banzai, dudes!

Belial slings his crossbow and readies his assegai, then begins flying at top speed toward the Dreadtooth.

His intention is to dive on one of the beasts and slam his spear into it at top speed.
Roger, that! I'll post a house rule for resolving this maneuver.

cool!

That's exactly what I was thinking, the radius effect of the higher pyrokinesis power rolls

Right! You get a good roll and have to go "Sorry guys...".

I noticed the dominate power has a range of touch, does that mean a to-hit roll in combat, what happens on higher rolls when you affect multiple targets?

I'm thinking this is a typo. High level mutants only receive two action dice for to-hit, yet the wording implies multiple targets (more than 2) with cumulative HD are affected.

Let's go with 10' per character level. :)

Noted, Norjax.

I don't have any idea how it would work- but let's face it, Belial _is_ a baboon of very little brain.

I'll use the DCC charging rules and add a fumble modifier:

+2 to hit
-2 AC penalty
Fumble on a 1-3

I've failed to identify some fumble rolls in Combat Rounds 1-9.

I will be enforcing fumbles going forward. Thanks for understanding.

Sorry about the lack of response, for some reason I wasn't getting updates for a while. Grrr :x
It happens. I'll hold these rolls until/if they are in range. :)

What should we roll for fumbles?

It varies depending on armor worn. For Kurot, roll 1d12.

I'll post the fumble rules after I combine the MCC and DCC descriptions.
