Alordan, Ewell, Strom, and I will take the middle four hours, since we don't have any kind of spell preparation to worry about. The other four should take the first two and last two shifts."
10-11 Kaltar
11-12 Epsilon
12-1Alordan
1-2 Ewell
2-3 Strom
3-4 Gwilt
4-5 Garth
5-6 Shanny
Room 7 - Kaltar, Strom, Ewell
Room 8 - Garth, Shannigans
Room 9 - Epsilon, Alordan, Gwilt
Just a suggestion. Feel free to adjust or offer other suggestions as needed or desired.
For example, Strom might want more continuous sleep.
I thought spells, etc only took 4 hours to recharge? If so, any time slot would afford at least a solid 4 hr sleep. I would recommend Strom and anyone else who has need of HP to go first and see about sleeping in an extra hour while the rest of us work on plans from 6-7 or so...
Also, any clerical healing spells to be used or losed before bedtime should be considered. I know a couple were used, not sure how many more available...

Super busy day today. Update not until later, possibly not until tonight.
Feel free to continue to discuss strategies and keep up general role-play.

No worries. My day is the same... meetings from now until 4 without a break...

that plan works for me.
"Should we discuss our plan for the morrow now, or in the morning?" Garth asks.

I didn't realize strom was still injured.
Friend strom, I still have some power bestowed upon me by Thoth. Allow me to heal the rest of your wounds.
[1d8] = 5
I have a another prayer left if there are any others in need of healing please speak up and Thoth will gladly fullfil your need.

"I am still a bit shaken from the Warg attacks.. but if someone is in more need than I please take care of them. A few hours rest may be all I need to help" Alordan acknowledges in gratitude.

Is there a thread anywhere that shows a list of the characters and there current/max HP's?
It would be nice to see what condition everyone is in so i would know he needs healing most.

"Aye, I could use a bit of healing. I think Alordan and Ewell could, as well."
OOC:
Well, as far as I understand, just sitting up for the watch won't take away from Strom's 8-hour "rest" period, thus he'll still get some healing from it. It's just when you have to engage in strenuous activity that you lose the healing. If something happens in the middle of the night, and we all have to fight, then we'd all lose it, anyway. I think the continuous rest is mostly important for the casters. As onlyme said, they just need a bit over 4 continuous hours right now. Later, they'll need more (assuming we all make it to "later"), so it's a good habit to start now.
For now, I think the plan is to rest up for the day until everyone is back to full HPs. So anyone who can still cast healing spells before bed should do so on anyone who needs it. Here is the current tally, pulled from Dave's last update:
Gwillt - hp: 12|17; ac: 2|3|7; mv: 10"; armor: std leather, m. shield; weapon (sf): short bow (7), scimitar (5), spear (6), dagger (2)
Ewell - hp: 12|16; ac: 3|4|5; mv: 12"; armor: chain, m. shield; weapon (sf): lance (6), long sword (5), foot pick (7), orcish long sword (5)
Shan. - hp: 6|6; ac: 5|8|8; mv: 5"; armor: leather; weapon (sf): short bow (7), dagger (2)
Garth - hp: 4|4; ac: 7|7|10; mv: 11"; armor: none; weapon (sf): scimitar (5), sling (6), dagger (2)
Kaltar - hp: 7|11; ac: 4|5|5; mv: 4"; armor: chain, m. shield; weapon (sf): mace (7)
Strom - hp: 4|13; ac: 3|4|4; mv: 9"; armor: splint, m. shield; weapon (sf): bast. sword [1h|2h] (6|8), mace (7), spear (6), dagger (2)
Alord. - hp: 12|18; ac: 4|8|8; mv: 12"; armor: leather; weapon (sf): short bow (7), long sword (5), dagger (2)
So Gwilt is down
5, Ewell is down
4, Kaltar is down
4, Strom is at full HP per Epsilon has cast two healing spells on him (for 6 and 5 pts, respectively), Alordan is down
6.
A full day's rest (recovering 3HP) should get Ewell and Kaltar up to just one under max. Gwilt will be two under max, and Alordan will be three under max.

Any time something happens to adjust someone's HPs (increase or decrease), dmw71 posts a quick summary of everyone, like the one I have in the post above. In that case, I had to go back to page two of this thread to find it.
I don't think there is a summary of that information anywhere else. Dave, maybe that's something to add to the first entry on the Character Sheets thread? Maybe just under the links to the current active player sheets? Then you could always just link to that post any time anyone wants to see the update?

Thank you
Brother Alordan Please allow me to bless you with Thoth's graces.
[1d8] = 8
Indeed I felt the power of Thoth flow through me with great energy. He indeed smiles upon you and the venture you undertake.
Alas friends I am out of blessings for the day. I must rest and pray to recover Thoth's favor.

I think Kalter has a clw to use as well, correct? I would imagine it should go to Gwilt who has 5 open hp down. (slightly better odds of not wasting any...) That said, I do think that Strom and Ewell should be healed as much as possible just knowing their fighting requirements. All others can hide, shoot missiles, flee. They stay exposed as long as the battle continues.

Correct.
Alethan wrote:So anyone who can still cast healing spells before bed should do so on anyone who needs it.
Epsilon had two remaining spells, and used them on Strom and Alordan. Kaltar actually has all three spells left, and casts one each on himself, Gwilt and Ewell.
CLW on Kalter [1d8] = 2, CLW on Gwilt [1d8] = 2, CLW on Ewell [1d8] = 3
Not the greatest results... sorry!
Here is the latest hit point/spell update:
Gwillt - hp: 14|17; ac: 2|3|7; mv: 10"; armor: std leather, m. shield; weapon (sf): short bow (7), scimitar (5), spear (6), dagger (2)
Ewell - hp: 15|16; ac: 3|4|5; mv: 12"; armor: chain, m. shield; weapon (sf): lance (6), long sword (5), foot pick (7), orcish long sword (5)
Shan. - hp: 6|6; ac: 5|8|8; mv: 5"; armor: leather; weapon (sf): short bow (7), dagger (2)
Garth - hp: 4|4; ac: 7|7|10; mv: 11"; armor: none; weapon (sf): scimitar (5), sling (6), dagger (2)
Kaltar - hp: 9|11; ac: 4|5|5; mv: 4"; armor: chain, m. shield; weapon (sf): mace (7)
Strom - hp: 13|13; ac: 3|4|4; mv: 9"; armor: splint, m. shield; weapon (sf): bast. sword [1h|2h] (6|8), mace (7), spear (6), dagger (2)
Alord. - hp: 18|18; ac: 4|8|8; mv: 12"; armor: leather; weapon (sf): short bow (7), long sword (5), dagger (2)
Epsilon - hp: 9|9; ac: 4|5|7; mv: 5"; armor: std leather, buckler shield; weapon (sf): staff sling (4/11), mace (7)
---
Order: Shannigans, Gwilt, Strom, Ewell, Kaltar, Alordan, Garth, Epislon
Hands: Strom (0/1)
Spells: Shannigans (mu-0: 3/4, mu-1: 1/1): , Garth: (d-1: 4/4) (mu-1: 1/1) , Kaltar: (c-1: 0/3), Epsilon: (c-1: 0/3)
More updates to come.

Good idea.
See here: Character Sheets
I'm not sure if I like it here, or if I'd rather have it in its own post. Any preference?

Ewell thanks Kaltar for his generous cast.
That works for me... one hp away from full, with 8 comfortable and uneventful hours of sleep coming soon.

Hey, I'll take whatever I can get. As long as we do nothing strenuous tomorrow, Gwilt will get all three back.
But with a good night's rest, he'll have one of them back, at least. No need to use a CLW spell on him in the morning. Kaltar will be just one away from full.
That sets us up pretty good to not worry about having to rest during the day, if it comes down to it.

Thank you once again friend Epsilon. I must work harder to avoid such vicious hits in the future.
Strom turns to Gwilt Thanks to you as well. You solution to the sleeping and watch arraignments is well thought out. I did not think of the needs of the casters, I will learn from my mistake.

4-5 Garth

I'll need to know a bit about the "how" and "where" the people on watch will be performing their duties.
