Once you get the groups set up the way you want them, we can kick this off.

Around 70 natives still live and work at the camp, and all of them are more than willing to give their lives to protect their leader.
Powstap tells you that none of his group goes near the camp anymore, to avoid being captured. He says it’s likely that they have plenty of lookouts stationed in the trees to warn of intruders, just as they do.
Grimm considers Powstap's words. "Just as I thought. They wouldn't be so stupid as to not post any lookouts. Powstap, how many people have been taken by Momma?
That said, if we set a scoutting party, I'm all in. I don't think it'll be that easy to knock down some of their sleepers. They are possessed and acting like madmen!"
Elnaerel"I will accompany the group going after Momma. I can support both in combat and healing."
Yrias"Hm... I'd rather be in the party trying to neutralize the natives. I can put them to sleep and heal some of our wounded.
LiamI will hang back with any spell casters and help guard them with my crossbow unless things go south and we are forced into melee.
That should give us a little more time for them to work their magics for our initial strike as well as the next wave when the native realize what is happening.
Keg nods. I'll join the assalt on Mama as well. I think Ma'ag and I can put a quick hurt on her. I've been a shock troop before, I can do it again. If this goes badly, we need to agree on a course of retreat. I say we make it a point to fall back to the Magicy types and then move as a group back to this position to regroup, or at least into the trees where they will have more difficulty attacking us en masse.
I would really like to get this under way as soon as possible before we lose any more interest.

How many times are you going to ask the same question?
This has been answered at least twice already.
I will try to track the lists so far. Going after MommaPamma

I have read a few ideas for how you are planning this out, so that is how I will approach it unless directed otherwise. Here is a rough map of the grounds provided by the memory of Amun. Please use this as a tool to help you plan out the attack in better detail. This will obviously be a dangerous encounter, but it will end up being much worse for you if you go in unorganized.

Well I'm not sure what the group plans on doing. My only spell options will affect the natives, but do nothing to mama, so I need to be in whatever is being done to the natives.
"Okay. We need an advance team to go in before dawn and hopefully secure most of the natives in the buildings. Once that is done, everyone needs to flood the area and engage. We really need to attack from multiple areas, so some people should move through the jungle to enter west of the path."
"Those trying to rescue Luther should follow the river to the rocks and cave, only engaging when disrupted. The Momma hit squad should try to move west through the jungle to get a shorter distance to try and enter the building area without being seen, to provide themselves some cover. If anyone has darkness or silence, especially silence, cast it on a stone or something that we can move around. Don't risk losing the spell by casting it directly on her."
"Who is joining me on the first infiltration? We need to remove the guards and secure the barracks. I'm guessing multiple sets of guards in the trees, mainly along the path and far western clearing."
"One more thing, Be sure to live another day, don't be a hero. If things look terrible you need to fall back. The rafts on the east, the path to the south, and the far path past the west clearing are your ways out."
"Any ideas on what the signal should be to start?"

I would call that the Looking for Luther group then.

Thanks for trying to get this moving, MR!!!
Should I get things started based off these ideas, or do you want some more time to plan?
"You're right about the guards around the village. With The Shalm's help, I might be able to summon some animals that'll find the ones in the jungle before they find us. Big cats maybe."
"The end of the trail concerns me. I'm sure there's guards there. But what about pits and traps and the like? Can a group just run in there?" He turns to Amun. "Did you see any sign that they'd built a wall or gate, just like Powstap's people have?"
The Knife
"I'll join the advance team", the gnome says quietly. "I'm quite good at being sneaky". He smiles in Alissa's general direction.
Maag
" 'ow about settin' fire to sumfin'? suggests Maag. "It'll cause a bit of confusion an' 'elp everyone 'ere dat cannot see in der dark".
"Ok. Fire it is. I'll need to borrow some flint then, and metal stakes from someone. I plan on tying the doors, but stakes may be needed as well."
"Wes. If you can start hunting the guards with us, that would be great. We'll check the end of the trail for traps when we get there and clear any we find."
She asks around again. "Is anyone able to cast silence? Trying to hinder her ability to cast will be a great help. Remember to cast it on an object, after she shows, that we could get near her."
Allissa gears up from borrowed items, assuming she can, and rests until it's time to start.
"Excuse me everyone. It has...er...been suggested to me that the trail has to be the most heavily guarded entrance to the village."
"Do Powstap's people have a raft? Could they quickly build one? When we were across the river with Luther, we followed a trail that went to the edge of the pool below the waterfall. I bet that's the least guarded spot"
"If we could cross the river here, and take the raft with us, we could cross back and infiltrate the village across the pool. The noise and the mist would cover our arrival. And landing there would put us closer to the cave."
"Obviously we couldn't all cross on one raft. But we could tie a rope to the raft and the second group could pull it back over to them".
