Isn't that just some kinda Oghman guarantee / byword / tagline???
Hey, it's what... we... do!
Gadzooks, have we broached a niche travel market?!?
Warping to the future:
"Thank you for booking with Oghma Starlines. I see Madam has chosen to travel in Intimate Discomfort... and for your luggage?"
"Oh, he's going freight".
Yes, physical space is at a premium on Oghma - rising population in domes built two millennia ago as bomb-shelters. Typical Oghmen are a bit agoraphobic (but you are Raiders, and better at open spaces - if they're someone else's fields)

I thought Tiv had sent a message to Small Burds Singing or Her Words to arrange the meeting, but I can’t find the reference now. Huh!
I looked too. Perhaps we both missed it.
I could find an agreement to visit, but no firm appointment - with a time.
Reminds me of my brother-in-law, who tells us he's coming "for lunch", then turns up about 9am while we're in clean/tidy mode ("I thought I'd beat the traffic")

Good to know, I was wondering if the glacial pace I'm setting had frozen you out.
Busy IRL is something I fully understand
Hope your problems soon resolve satisfactorily.

Yes, we had spoken of Roberta appearing restrained, but she can remove her shackles just as any Oghmites we present thusly (the Chewebacca Maneuver). Other captives will be truly shackled. We need Leon’s agreement for that plan.
Leon is happy with this
Also, Leon has +1 for computers as well

Dog’s better, and out of quarantine. He was stir-crazy, so long walks.
Wife is I’ll instead. Something gastric, maybe bad salad. Anyway, out of action for a bit.
Probably my turn next week…
Planned post delayed. Half- written, though

Apologies for "crossed posts"!
If yours is done sling it in and I'll delete my last!
Raven may yet find other opportunities for pint spillage...

I thought we were at least going to start with a pretense of civility (as civil as slavers can be anyway) before we spilled anyone's pint!

Unless... anyone looks either at our bird or at us funny!!!
Raven was proposing some "light jostling at the bar" (
and, more importantly, to avoid the gun check booth*) prior to a full spillage incident but if there's a full "off" caused by the minor fracas then we didn't really need to bother with the catnip!
"Sorry, I can't hear you over the gunfire!"
"I said how did the firefight start???"
"Usual - bad Intel!!"
* Fighting Aslan in your "pants and school shoes" = bad.
The above "dress code" used to be an arcane punishment for folk who had "forgotten" their gym kit in the (vain) hope of avoiding a beasting by the the PTI. They had yet to learn about Catch 22... and that PTI's
invented sadism.

Lords of Theev, I simply tripped over the door of the airlock and accidentally discharged my weapon dozens of times while stumbling aboard the Aslan vessel and flying it out of port. It was a simple mistake that could have happened to any of us.

You can only imagine my surprise when after all that my ambisinistrous* colleague tripped and sat on the "Jump" button...
* Pretty sure this was invented by the genius of Sir Terry Pratchett.

Actually, it sorrt of helped - I cut a chunk of narrative/dialogue.
Of course, downside, you're still in the lobby. Or, at least, most of you are.
Note: anyone failing their "leap through the slamming blast-doors" roll may be both in and out of the room simultaneously.

I'd missed off a line while editing/copying the draft, added back in now.

I've tried wearing boxing gloves to help with "my trouble" - but alas I still seem to have managed to get a post out...
Oddly this last was in fact a half post which I'd saved and then decided not to waste...

Not my plan - Tiglath and yours.
I just try to give you ways to avoid killing yourselves while you blow up your own schemes

Do we have NPC character descriptions for Rubati and Eshergamelat yet? What areas of slave interest/aptitude have they shown in their few days working the Serpent?
