sry I will update.

In trying to move the raft away the ali-gator follows the raft bumping it from under the water and doing the same general it has been doing, stalking the group on the raft.

Egon

"Keep moving, I would rather fight this thing on land then in the water."

Del

"Agreed. I do not want to be remembered as Alli."

In haste to avoid becoming a meal to the alli-gator the group spots a island in the swamp and makes way to it all the while being stalked and tested by the creature. The raft makes it right into the dirt of the shore of the island that is not huge but is far more than tiny. There are some trees and moss as well as other plants that grow well in swampy areas.
As the group makes way to the dry land. The alli-gator stops in the shallow water and appears to change slightly it stands upright like a bipedal. It appears to now have arms and clawed hands.

Egon

"That isn't good, it is some sort of shape changer."

He moves to where he has some solid land to fight from and readies his axe and shield.

Tellurion

Jumps to solid ground, daggers in hand, hopefully gaining some distance for a dagger throw.

Reywald mutters, Nope. as he summond forth a Flaming Sphere directly onto the scaly creature's face to make contact and hopefully drive it back.

moves to the middle of the party and begins to intone a Chant spell in a 30' radius around him. Friends get +1 to attack/damage and saving throws; enemies get a -1 to the same.

Trist and Jivet

Trist stays in the 30ft bless area and sends two arrows at the beast.

Add +1 to hit and +1 to dmg

Del

Del makes it to land and then casts Aid on Egon. This will give him +1 to hit and 8 phantom hit points.

Egon readies his shield & axe and prepares to fight
Tellurion jumps to solid ground and readies daggers for throwing
Reywald casts Flaming Sphere at the creature "Bitey" inflicting 2 dmg for 4 rounds
Weston casts barkskin on himself.
Kravoud begins chanting from the middle of the group. A holy warmth of inspiration is felt by all his friends and a opposite effect happens to any foes that get within a 30' radius. Friends get +1 to attack/damage and saving throws; enemies get a -1 to the same.
Trist fires two arrows at "Bitey" hitting for a total of 14 dmg
Del casts Aid on Egon granting him +1 to hit and 8 phantom hit points.

Bitey the Alhpa-gator
Sees the dwarf with axe and shield ready and rushes him trying to bit him and hit him with his tail but misses.
AC 4, THAC0 13, No. Atks 1 or 2, Dmg Bite 3d4, Tail 1d8 (Current Hybrid form gets 2 atks)
Alpha-Gator To Atk 1[1d20]=4 Atk 2 [1d20]=9, Bite [3d4]=5, Tail [1d8]=5

Foes: Bitey Injured 2 dmg though you note even though the arrows hit the creature dead on he does not appear to have any wounds from them. The spell damage so far is the only thing that has slightly harmed it.

Silver is werewolves. apparently it is quartz for were-alligators
