Interesting question: we have an IP address which brings us to the building. This infers that the residents 'share' access through some kind of comms provider, rather than an IP address for each resident which would let us pin it down.

Tibbius, could you confirm which of the above is the case?

There are a whole bunch of IP Addresses associated with the physical building address - it's a residential tower with a bunch of subscribers in it. Do you want to try some kind of investigative work to figure out which IP corresponds to which subscriber? I'll let you describe your approach to that, if you want to try it.

Am I good leaving this with the other PCs and going to the 247 engagement (which I'm quite interested in, although I've all but forgotten why we all cared about this group to begin with), or is we pretty much at the Big Finish for the episode and I should go participate in that?

We have a guess at the time and place of the next attack. We have a suspect with name (and probably pictures), IP address and apartment block (maybe even an address).

1, we visit him and have a discussion/interrogation/intimidation
2, we track him and find out what he's up to
3, we lay a trap to catch him in the act the next time he strikes
4, all of the above
