Thanks Tonixx, Greg, admin team. After a month of lost or unrecognisable password issues I am back online and can catch up with my games.

The login problem resolved to being my end. If you forget your login password, you can press the 'I forgot' tab which sends a link to the email address used by yourself when you first registered or to this original one if you have not updated. So my named account @hotmail was not recognised as when I joined back in 2012, I actually used my office address @hotmail (I was working for some language translators & TEFL teachers) as my home did not have WiFi.

But I moved on in life and work. So not updating meant only forum moderators could access my profile and update with a new email so I could follow the link to reset or restore my password.

I think the 'Contact a moderator' tab is also not available so I had to do extra research and contact admin and explain my predicament.

Once the link was sent to my new email address, I could verify myself immediately.

So a good point for us all to keep our profiles updated for unexpected communication needs!

I lost my access (BackworldTraveller) but am back in. However, when I log into the dice roller, it tells me that the user ID doesn't exist - and tells me I can't register it again as I already have an account!

Any suggestions?

The die roller is completely separate from the forums, and under Greg's exclusive purview. He should be able to help.

Hopefully he can help you, but if not I have different user names for the forum and dice roller and it works just fine.
