Ambergris
Switches his focus to cause more mayhem and confusion in the rank and file of the Crushing Wave cult.
He sends his own wave, an eerie echo of repeated haunting sounds, like one gets when listening to a conch shell. Only these are the whoops and hollers of harpooned whales being drawn and quartered.
He terrorises the woman priest, who alone hears the Dissonant Whispers
Ambergris casts Dissonant Whispers: psychic damage [4d6]=13

Re: New Year, New Faces, New Troubles
Yarl's eyes almost don't believe the scene playing out in front of him. Maybe its because he can feel the pulse of the box or bomb or whatever it is, maybe its because the danger is getting closer to his people, maybe its because of the influence of Lady Wen, maybe its just because he is a killer; whatever the reason Yarl reacts. With a cry of "Torm!" Yarl's inaction ends and he charges the box bearers and goes to work.
He starts with a swing of his club
And ends with a swipe of his short sword

(Just curious if the people following the procession have reacted to Telurion's warnings at all, or not?)

Again he prays to his god, makes a complicated gesture, and saying "Still you be!" casting Hold Person on the priest (hopefully faster than he can cast). He will either mentally or verbally ask Tommy and Ambergris, "Big Cat, Hook Hand, us fight ?"

Tommy
winces, taking a reflexive step back as he expects the box to explode. When nothing happens, he mutters under his breath, "There's no gain in this!"Chaos erupts around him, with the hook still causing destruction.
Tommy's eyes dart around, assessing the situation. Realizing the gravity of their predicament, he exclaims, "Damn it all!" His voice carries a mix of frustration and resolve.
He turns to Tell, eyes intense with determination. "Yes, we attack! Our best bet now is to stop that thing—it’s too late to run."
Without hesitation, Tommy raises his hands, drawing on the arcane energies around him. He begins to cast a spell, his voice steady and commanding, channeling his power to confront the threat. The air crackles with magical energy as he focuses on the spell,
casts Eldritch blasts to on the woman arguing with the priest

Re: New Year, New Faces, New Troubles
Chaos! Blessed Chaos!
Initiative Order: Lesh, Tommy, Yarl, Priest (17), Hazm (14), Ambergris (7), Telurion & Reavers (1)
As all hell breaks loose on the docks, with ordinary citizens heeding Telurion's warning, and Reavers trying to figure out what to do,
The strange priest calls upon Olhydra and unleashes a storm of freezing rain and sleet!
Hoping to stop the man, Lesh completes a gesture with "Still you be!" and the effect on the priest is almost immediate. His limbs and legs lock up and he is unable to move!
Realizing the gravity of their situation, Tommy says, "Yes, we attack! Our best bet now is to stop that thing—it’s too late to run." Magical energies crackle with life around his fingers and he sends a scorching blast at the woman who was arguing with the priest (Reaver 1). The blast misses her and explodes on the side of one of the nearby buildings, blowing a hole in the wood!
Tommy sends a second blast and this one is right on target, slamming the woman in the chest, sending her to one knee.
Yarl cries out "Torm!" and charges the box bearers, cracking one in the side of the head with his club, but unable to connect with his sword.
While Hazm moves away from the crate and the "bomb" inside it, Ambergris sends a spell toward the Reaver woman arguing with the priest. She suddenly grabs her head and screeches...but somehow shakes off the worst of the effects, leaving her weakened, but angry!
Telurion hesitates as the crate continues to be pushed his way, but the Reavers react, finally figuring out who they need to be fighting.
The Reaver woman, injured and tortured in her mind, manages to gain her footing and hurls a javelin at Tommy. (I don't know your AC but I think a 14 misses, right?)
Reaver 2 charges toward Yarl to help Reaver 4. The pair attack with saw-toothed swords, cleaving the Blacktongue's flesh to the bone! The kingpin manages to avoid the attack of Reaver 4, but just barely.
Reaver 3 charges Lesh, swinging a saw-toothed blade at his head, while Reaver 5 attacks Ambergris and Reaver 6 attacks Tommy...luckily for the companions, all three miss.
As the round comes to an end, the crate suddenly bursts apart, thanks to the claws of the spectral panther, and a large globe-like ball rolls out of it, pulsing with blue light...and it is headed right for the harbor!
######################################
Alright, we're back in the thick of things! I rolled initiative for everyone with no modifiers because I couldn't find nor remember how to find them. If you want to roll a new initiative for the next round, please do so.
I also need a DEX save for Lesh, Ambergris, and Tommy who are in the sleet storm area of effect. Of course, the reavers will have to save too.
So, if you can roll initiative, roll DEX saves, and post actions...

Hazm
If within 60 of Reaver 2 or 4 she will throw her Psi-Blades. If not she will close to within 60 feet then throw.
Initiative [1d20+3]=9+3=12
Throw Psi-Blade [1d20+5]=12+5=17 to hit [1d6+3]=4+3=7 damage
Psi-Blade Bonus throw [1d20+5]=1+5=6 to hit [1d4+3]=4+3=7 damage
Natural 1, not sure what happens.
Note: her Psi-Blades disappear after they hit, any injury doesn't show any evidence/wound and the damage is Psychic.

Ambergris
Would try to meld in the crowd and keep disguised as some Baldur's Gate wharf-rat but identified, he has to fend away the aggressive cultist.
Ambergris: initiative [1d20+3]=4+3=7 Dexterity (15) Saving throw vs Sleet [1d20]=11
Ambergris: casts his pact weapon: Entangling Net [1d20+5]=19+5=24 Spear thrust [1d20+5]=1+5=6 [1d6+2]=4+2=6
I will summon my warlock pact weapon, casting the Entangling Net that suddenly appears and springs forth from his hook hand, almost like a spider shooting a web. The somatic gesture appears successful to snare the cultist but he cannot follow up with a stabbing thrust of his scrimshaw spear.

Seeing Yarl under attack by these 'reavers', Telurion steps forward with a growl, his sword swinging in a wide arc.
Attack on R4!: [1d20+5]=4+5=9, Damage: [1d8+3]=4+3=7
He stands ready to deflect any attacks on his companion.
Using Fighting Style: Interception on Yarl if needed

Tommy
Amidst the raging sleet storm, Tommy struggles to react to the chaotic situation. He quickly casts Arms of Hadar (save vs str 15) on the reaver in front of him, dark tendrils lashing out to strike his foe. Seizing the moment, Tommy turns and scrambles up the wall behind him, aiming for the safety of the roof. Once perched atop, he readies himself for follow-up attacks, seeking a strategic advantage over his enemies.

Yarl grunts in pain when he is slashed with the saw tooth sword but he doesn't relent. He presses the attack on the first Reaver (4) before moving on to the next target.
He lashes out with his short sword first then follows with a swipe from his favorite club.

The Crushing Wave!
Initiative Order: Tommy (22), Lesh, Yarl, Priest (17), Hazm (12), Ambergris (7), Telurion & Reavers (1)
As the round comes to an end, the crate suddenly bursts apart, thanks to the claws of the spectral panther, and a large globe-like ball rolls out of it, pulsing with blue light...and it is headed right for the harbor!
Ignoring the shining blue "ball", the heroes of Baldur's Gate try to combat the reavers of the Crushing Wave! But with the ground covered in sleet, it makes keeping one's footing a challenge. Some manage better than others.
Tommy tries his best not to slip, but even with this retractable claws, he fails miserably. His feet (paws?) fly out from under him and he hits the ground hard. (You are now Prone) Trying to use his predicament to cast a spell, he finds he cannot concentrate even enough to do that!
Lesh is a bit more grounded and is able to keep his balance enough to attack! His own saw-toothed blade rakes across the knees of R3 causing the man to howl in pain. And not only that, the man's feet fly out from under him and he falls!
Yarl presses the attack, his blade slicing through the Reavers in a killing frenzy! R4 dies in a spray of blood, and R2 feels Yarl's blade cut through leather and flesh, leaving a gaping wound in the man's side!
The Priest has a furious look on his face as his hands weave another spell in the air and his lips mumble a dark incantation. A bluish ray of frost leaps from his fingers, striking Yarl in the chest and taking his breath away from the intense cold! (8 damage)
Hazm enters the fray, moving a few feet to hurl blades of psychic energy! R2 screams in agony, one fist to his head, although no new injury can be seen.
Ambergris slips a little on the ice, but manages to maintain his footing. He reaches out across the ether to the Dark Lady and summons his pact weapon, a shimmering net. He entangles his foe (R5), but fails to skewer the man with his scrimshaw spear.
Telurion raises his shield and moves in to help Yarl, attacking the already seriously wounded R2, somehow missing the man. R2 is busy trying to stay alive, wielding his blade against Yarl, missing the kingpin thanks to Telurion's shield which blocks the attack!
R3 slips and slides but manages to get up and stay up, unable to do much else, while R6 bears down on the prone tabaxi. The saw-toothed blade slams into Tommy...but somehow it fails to hurt him as a magical "shield" fizzes against the blade!
Finally, R1 dashes forward, her eyes wild as she tries to reach the pulsating ball before it slips over the edge of the dock. The were-panther continues to do what a "kitty" would do with a shiny ball, it rolls it right along...and just when R1 is about to grab it, the ball slips over the edge and hits the water!
There is a hissing sound and the water in the bay reacts immediately: beginning to gurgle in waves, rising at least a foot, lapping over the edge and onto the dock! The Harbor Boys back up and begin to shout a warning when suddenly, the river explodes with a wave of water nearly 15' tall! As a torrential downpour unleashes from the sky above, the wave descends on the docks and buildings in a crushing wave of force!!
######################################
Holy fucking wave, Batman! The wave slams into you, knocking you down (if you weren't already) and threatening to batter you against the buildings and such, much less drown you! Can your character swim?? I need CON saves (DC 10) to hold your breath, while you also make a DEX save (DC 15) to grab onto something and hold on!
