The orc manages to stay on his feet and to hold on to his mankar barely.

Arngeir slips his axe past the orcs defense and lands a glancing blow, but the orc manages to stay on his feet.

The orc has suffered an S3 and 2 M1 injuries now. His move is now 4, he is -25 to all actions and he has lost his buckler which is his best defense. I am declaring this a desperate situation for the orc and his initiative will now be -20 for all rolls in addition to his injury penalty,
