Re: Part 1: Fighters Academy (IC Section 1)
You finally find the stairs that go down to the 2nd floor of the academy. There is nothing else in this end of the hallway.

Would we rather go up than down? Let's check out the rooms and doors that we missed out.

again there are no doors you did not previously check.

Uther
Uther studied the broken construct for several moments. "Wonder how many more of these there are in here." the wizard commented to those who remained in the chamber with him. He frowned, then returned to the hallway and listened for where the others may have gone to.
OOC: Just a reminder, Uther has one spell remaining. If there's an opportunity to rest, sooner might be better than later. How's the group's health look?

Let's get the Hell out of this nightmare. We have what we need. We can come back if we need to most of our spells are gone and we still have to make it back through the Zombies in the swamp.

What we came for was the body or spirit of Jameson's. If we leave the tower what is the plan? Rest up on the boat and return again?
If you want to sneak away, the best way is to repel down the rope we climbed up. Otherwise you risk more melee and encounters.
If you want to rest up primarily to restore spells, why not find a safe spot here on this floor?

Uther
After a short time, Uther had managed to rejoin the remainder of the group. As rest was foremost in his mind, he readily added his own voice to the present discussion. The young man said, "I concur. There's a fireplace in that room and there's plenty of dried wood in this place, so starting a fire won't be difficult. It should be quite comfortable."

Monty agrees with the group "Let's not forget to keep those windows shut too, the odors from the swamp are not something I wish to smell on my watch shift."

Once at the room Yagul does a check to make sure everything is still secure. "I can take a middle watch so the spell casters can recover spells."

Re: Part 1: Fighters Academy (IC Section 1)
Resting
The group once more takes up residence in the same room the mummy was found in earlier. Watch rounds are made and it is eerily silent. You all have strange dreams of some clad warrior appearing before you and asking to be laid to rest. He matches the picture you have of Sir. Jamieson. He appears to you in a vision in a room that looks like it would be in this very academy building but doesn't look like any of the rooms you have explored. Eventually the vision fades and the spirit sinks below out of sight as if you are flying or floating away from him or he is sinking away from you. You don't know what to make of this. Other than that no encounters this rest period everyone wakes with same sense of unease over the strange dream/vision.
Actions?
