"Endgame: OOC Planning Discussion"
Re: "Endgame: OOC Planning Discussion"
True, but he doesn't have the means to contact her anyway, unlike Keening he doesn't have her number.
I'll probably mention it next time he sees her, whenever that is.

Probably not. Kit is OC Guard, he gets the intro if he's with us. Darragh's just putting on the show. At least he should be, if he want's Jess to recommend his unit for a contract with the SEMC.OOC: Not 100% sure if Sargent Gaughan has joined us (he was invited), if so he would also be introduced if that is the done thing as he is a sargent.
Re: "Endgame: OOC Planning Discussion"
That's what I was thinking.
I didn't miss out Jess on purpose, I'll update my post.

Already included. Jess is an officer, just Warrant instead of Commission.
( Means she earned it instead of being given it.

It'll be interesting to see what happens w. r. t the remaining guards, as most of them are raw recruits.
We should consider asking the recruits if they want to apply for a job with the company.

We should consider the Guard's actions are a salutary lesson in Mercenary Contracts...
If you only pretend to pay the mercenaries,
they will only pretend to guard you.
they will only pretend to guard you.

Some of this has got me to thinking. Added a thread.

Re: "Endgame: OOC Planning Discussion"
Thinking about Perron: do we acknowledge him, address him as though he were still a Guard officer and force him to admit his treachery, or just pretend he doesn't exist?
I like 2 then 3

Re: "Endgame: OOC Planning Discussion"
If he's part of the negotiation team I guess we have to acknowledge, but we could use his apparent unease in the situation to our advantage.

Makes sense; due to superb leadership and personal bravery, Gaughan warrants Jiggles. The Bindoner wrote: ↑Sat Apr 10, 2021 8:38 pm Already included. Jess is an officer, just Warrant instead of Commission.![]()

When did the Baron sell Inchin? The think this a major "fact" I missed?

Re: "Endgame: OOC Planning Discussion"
oops, sorry
He did the deal with SuSAG last night (or was it the night before?), big auction and SuSAG won. That's why you got SuSAG HR when you logged it (which was why I mentioned that they moved quickly and wondered if they were part of things from the start)

Frank is trying to push the point that SuSAG is a huge/powerful corporation that the Sword Worlds don't want to annoy or detract from the companies latest money making machine.
Re: "Endgame: OOC Planning Discussion"
Why do I worry that the Baron (who the locals hate) and the Imperial delegation (who are hated as imperials) plus the officers (who are looking after the imperials, in some eyes supported the pro-imperial regime, and murdered the freedom fighting locals [the insurgents]) are all going to be in the same place tonight for dinner.
Am I way to paranoid? Should we suddenly be too busy getting ready to leave? I suppose we need to be there ready to defend the delegates if something happens.

Where is that litre of Thallium when you need it?
Re: "Endgame: OOC Planning Discussion"
It's my job to be paranoid.
There are a lot of ways that something could happen, an accident with a shuttle, poisoning by an upset local, all could be disowned by the Swordies and Trexelon.

Sensible worries.
Hopefully it's in nobodies interest to undo the newly established order.
With Uvash out of the picture and his fanatics dead the Swordies are the only real threat, and breaking a truce to massacre Imperials doesn't seem in their interests, or the TTC's.
