Re: OOC thread
Hopefully I am "nailing" Korin's personality lol been a while but I think this is about how he was.

Re: OOC thread
GW, which country, or rather time zone, are you in?
Re: OOC thread
He is in USA, Eastern time zone. We both live in Vermont, so not too far apart.

Small update in the 'Maps' section: I've posted a link to some handy mapping tools plus a sample map showing how the starting scene could look: viewtopic.php?f=1038&t=10589
But from now on, any mapping will have to be in the hand of the players

Re: OOC thread
Looks interesting, too busy right now but maybe soon I will have some time to figure it out.

Re: OOC thread
Sorry guys but I'm thinking survival is not fighting the group of armed thugs head on but going down this new passage where maybe we can get to a point and fight them one at a time in a 5' passage. But hey each to their own right? I was really trying to avoid having Korin say "Come with me if you want to live." in his own dwarven way.

No, no, please don't take offense - it wasn't meant that way at all. I'll erase my 'survival' remark and add an apology. I just think it's fun and interesting how your characters' curiosity is so strong that you want to keep exploring during the most perilous conditions!
Do go on, there's lots around the corner - literally!

Re: OOC thread
well I was hoping to see a map again too I know we had sastaz taking a swing at mapping. I was just more curious of the passage and hoping it would lead to a different way out or space where we could better fight off the new enemy that *cough* someone had to go and ring a bell to alert and summon them.....and sorry Sastaz I failed to pay attention to what was happening to Thorelf...
DM I wasn't thinking the survival comment was offending in any way what so ever. No need to alter it. Lol. I was just thinking how I feel like saying "come with me if you want to live" we all have our own tactics and since Korin is with mostly all foreign to him folks he is trying to think tactically a bit more than his old charge in and kill style with familiar friends in battle. Unfortunately he lost track of the only friend he knew in the group Thorelf.

Re: OOC thread
I'd love to map but I do not know how the passage you're in looks like. I think that description might have been in a DM?
I really tried to be careful this time but was ninja'd by the quickest mage in the realm, who was in turn alerted by my own party sounding the alarm bell

Re: OOC thread
Yea, I'm sorry we got split up, but Vivella kinda saved Thorelf's life, so he thought he owned it to her to at least try the door that she insisted to go to.

Alright so there are at least 2-3 of us leaving and hey I'm the thief so who stopped watching the thief? Maybe I'll trip into a treasure room

Tiny is barely smart enough to keep track of himself much less anybody else.
