Yes. You can also choose, after a long rest, to prepare a different list. It takes one minute per spell level to prepare the new list, but you aren't locked into what you just chose forever.

Actually, you already have Guiding Bolt and Healing Word prepared -- you should be able to prepare two others!
(Note: Bless and Cure Wounds do not count against this total -- they're free because of your domain.)
And, yes, all spell slots (and almost everything else) are recovered after a long rest.

Okay, I'll add Shield of Faith and Create Water.

So I'll be able to prepare and and cast my wis mod + spell level (3 +1 =4) with the added two bonus spells. sweet!

Added.

Well, the number of spells you can prepare and the number of spells you can cast aren't the same.
Preparing and Casting Spells wrote:You prepare the list of cleric spells that are available for you to cast, choosing from the cleric spell list. When you do so, choose a number of cleric spells equal to your Wisdom modifier + your cleric level (minimum of one spell). The spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
Because your Wisdom modifier is +3, and you have one cleric level, you get to prepare four spells.
Domain Spells wrote:"Once you gain a domain spell, you always have it prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of spells you can prepare each day."
The key thing here is, you don't need to prepare your domain spells. Because you picked the Life domain, you automatically know and don't need to prepare the spells from that domain (e.g. Bless, Cure Wounds).

So, you have six total spells prepared.

But, at 1st-level, you only have two spell slots; which is how many spells you're able to cast in a day.

So, six prepared. Able to cast two.

Make sense?

Still waiting on Gulnur. That said, I do know that ybn1197 may have difficulty updating in the game, per his post here, so I will NPC his character as needed.

My plan is to hopefully be able to update this game again tomorrow.

Probably a typo. Was that supposed to be owes us, not owns us? I love how one letter changes EVERYTHING lol

Also, not sure how to tag someone, I've seen others do it before.

I don't think there's "tagging" exactly. Not like on social media. You can quote someone, though (like I did above).

Is that what you're talking about? If not, can you find and share an example of what you mean by tagging someone?

They were just bolded names, I thought they were tags that pinged them lol.

Ah, yes. I'm one of many DMs that do that to character names/monsters in updates to make them stand out.

I'm just posting this in all my games.

This week has been incredibly busy, and stressful. I have drafts started for all my needed updates but just not the time or energy to return to them.

That said, I will move all my games sometime this weekend. Apologies for the delay.

Apologies for the delay.

While things continue to be crazy lately, the biggest source of delay was a new laptop. One that runs Windows. :? My plan is to use it almost exclusively for gaming (and writing) so it took me a long time (read: days) to get it set up and configured how I want it, and get all my purchased content downloaded to it.
Speaking of purchased content, I have 816 items in my library on DriveThruRGP/DMsGuild/OneBookShelf. That doesn't include anything from other sources (e.g. Kobold Press, Nord Games, Paizo, etc....)

I still need to go through all the various third-party publishers I've purchased products from, but I did finally finished going through all my OneBookShelf content (and downloading/renaming everything how I want) last night.

Anyway, I expect for things to resume here either later today or tomorrow.

I was able to participate (as a player!) in a Roll20 game earlier tonight and only had time to update one of my games. My 2e group is engaged in a long battle (they're entering round 15!) so I elected to move them first.

I plan to update this and my other 5e game tomorrow or Thursday.

I'm afraid that battle will not end well.

The group was SO close, though. In round 14, the orc leader was reduced to ONE hit point -- it not dying is probably going to spell their doom. But, maybe more problematic, the Entangle spell that held a pair of orcs at bay for a turn (or 10 rounds) just expired.

The party of eight plus an NPC is down to two plus the NPC. It looks grim.
