How has everyone's summer been?

Enjoyable, if super busy. Hard to believe we are in late July!

It is a busy time at work, then we are also having as much fun and swimming pool time with my daughter as we can.

How about you?

Hot and sweaty. No AC in the office so anything about 22C becomes a lesson in endurance.

June was wet and miserable, but July has been incredible so far. Unfortunately, I have to finish a dissertation before the end of August so I can't enjoy the summer too much. Last weekend I spent some time in London, which I haven't had a chance to do all year; my friend and I did a boozy walk along the Thames from Tower Bridge to South Bank.

Faanku can you buy a desk fan?

I do have one, probably be dead without it. Autumn can't come fast enough.
Where did your pub crawl take you?

We wandered down to the Underbelly Festival, right under the London Eye. They had a couple of plays and plenty of Pimms there. All in all, a pretty cool date!

Just got home from a vacation to Disney world and Harry Potter. We are all tired but happy (and broke).
