apologies if I misread, I thought Weapon Mastery gave increased attacks.

When Kenway comes to, he will ask if anyone found his thrown dagger. His grandfather bequeathed the pair to him and he would rather not lose either one.

Because the dagger was thrown on a vessel at sea, I'm going to rule a fifty percent chance of retrieval (as opposed to inside a room or hallway or even across open land simply because of the sea). And the roll reveals...

50% to Retrieve Missile Weapon:[1d100] = 8

Raf calls for a sailor and after a short moment a tall hatchet-faced sea dog returns with an unsheathed dagger which is handed to Kenway. "This 'ere blade was sticking into the mast," he says with a toothless grin. To the rogue's relief it is the dagger in question.
