You guys had cow plop bingo in high school? Cool!
Re: OOC II
Respectfully, searching the entire manor house is going to take days of actual game time if people aren't going to even walk around a room without Ciar checking for traps before they plant a foot. He can't reasonably check every 10' square of every floor of every room.onlyme wrote:Fulp will slowly look around the area nearest him, but certainly waiting on Ciar to check for any traps on the doors before trying the one closest to him.
Besides... the one trap we've seen thus far was completely undetectable by normal means. Or, at least, not detected by Ciar. Even the Detect Magic spell didn't spot it.
So... I say start exploring. In any case, my entries aren't going to include the phrase "checks for traps" unless there is some logical reason as to why he might do so.

Aw, man, that was so good! Made me laugh, anyway...OGRE MAGE wrote:Sparrow likes the look of the fancy furniture. He goes to each of the sofas and tries them out for a bit. Thanks, I'm pushing for some extra XPs.
Re: OOC II
I've been asked by a couple of people about this, so figured I'd just address it for everyone's benefit:
Do your own thing.
Honestly.
With the private forums, I can manage everyone running solo (at least for a short while).

But try to not make it look like you're ransacking the place... even though that's what we're doing.

Just making sure the bumpkins aren't harmed by any stray magic or spellbook. It's a wizards civil duty after all

Re: OOC II
Just a note to let everyone know that most of the action (of which there is a lot) is taking place in the private forums. Also, for those of you working in groups, just be aware that the timing is a bit tricky trying to coordinate responses between the various characters.
If things play a bit out of order, or feel a bit disjointed at times, that is why.

Re: OOC II
Just an FYI... running what amounts to four games here, plus my Pathfinder and BX games, is not easy!
I will gladly keep running the individual groups (I love these little solo or small group sessions!), but the pace may suffer at some point if things start to get too, too involved or complicated.

Screw the other games! I... oh, wait. I'm in the other games.

Good to be back! Trip was awesome. Iceland is beautiful, and it was nice to get away from 100 degree temperatures!

Yes, I know. But I wasn't sure if Sparrow noticed that yet.
I guess that was my way of saying....."wanna check downstairs"?

Happy Fathers Day to all the other fathers... I sent both my sons to scout camp this morning so I didn't hear a single argument today....
I guess that was their present.
