Frekken shifts to his left for a clear shot at beetle #2, hitting for 7 points of damage and severely wounding the beetle!
Firing into melee is a risky proposition. The rule is mute since you hit well beyond the 14 required. Please consider the house rules for firing into melee (updated to reflect the rule used in my Face to Face games) in the future.
Jack strikes beetle #1 dead with 4 points of damage, splattering yellow goo onto the ground!
Luke rushes to attack beetle #1, but changes to beetle #2 after seeing Jack slay the insect. The interruption to his charge, causes him to miss.
Frank slices beetle #5 for an additional 5 points of damage, killing the vermin and adding more yellow stains to the battlefield!

Beetle #8 continues attacking Bart, striking with a pincer for 3 points of damage.

Beetle#2 responds to Luke’s aggression by spraying a rancid mist from its rear abdomen.
Luke, Bart and Jack must save vs. poison against the wretched spray! Roll 1d20.
Bart misses while reeling from the vapor of the beetle's spray!
Oor-zak’s swings at beetle#4, but misses.
Blixx switches weapons, but misses in his haste.
Beetle #4 attacks Oor-zak snapping with both pincers for 6 total points of damage!

Beetle #6 advances towards Blixx for an attack that cannot connect.
