Re: Chapter 1: The Black City
"Plus, it makes sure whatever open route Nutesh is seeing remains open. Speaking of..." - She raises her voice so she can be heard from the circle - "Hey, bird-boy! Found us the stone yet? or did you fall asleep?" Nutesh awakens abruptly as he is poked with a long stick by the d...

Re: Chapter 1: The mystery of Odlo Hillhouse
Increasingly curious and unafraid, Hailey follows through shortly behind Xerxes. She stares silently a long moment at the block, trying to discern the shape. "...best we put torches in those sconces and it melts. Seems like a horrible idea. Don't know how we really avoid doing it, though. Leavi...

Re: Barrow Moor: Raust and the Orphidian tribe.
Having learned from their first experience, Raust prepared better for keeping the tiddler out of its holes. Raust joins the archers as they pepper it with arrows, Beaky also axeing it as it breaches the surface. The wolves stay behind Raust, hunkered down and growling, watchful for other threats. Or...

Lharzin helps where she can.
"...looks like the only way to go. Perhaps ford or swim it now, so we can make a campfire and dry out on the other side, at least. I'm wearing enough layers to stay decent, but I didn't pack spare clothhes, otherwise."

"Well... that's just uncomfortable, " says Hailey, poking one or two of the teeth to see if it moves.

Re: [002] A Temple and a Tomb
Willow follows Wendel's light to the stairs, suspiciously pointing her bow up and down as she also watches with a wary eye. The vestments and priestly items are of more interest to Naugrim , who studies them with an expert gaze. Do I know religious thing? (Advantage) [1d20+2]=9+2=11[1d20+2]=2+2=4 ....

Just coloring inside the lines, here. Happy to fast forward to adventure! Her only downtime action is to make sure she knows what can be jnown about the archive and tower from the people willingto pay the bounties for retrieval from them. That's easy to handle by expositionwhen openingthe adventure...

Re: 000 Meeting at The Duck Pond
Hellebore nods respectfully to Linder, then steps into an awkward lull to introduce herself a third time. "Hellebore Thistledown, as I said," she says perkily, giving a small wave. "Sage, wielder of magic, explorer of ruins, collector of knowledge. Oh. And don't worry. Nobody is watch...

Hellebore nods succinctly at Vesper's commendation of de Francisco.
"It is good to trust a capable leader. I would gladly come, aid both you and I together in finding the Archive and Tower." She drinks the clove-enhanced hot wine with both hands.

I am applying a permanent enchantment to Ingram's sword to "glow blue when orcs [gargun] are near."
Rex says "near" is a five mile radius, so is allowing is to specify less than that as long as we do sp now.

I scrolled back. It looks like Ulfgar is the torchbearer. Naugrim provided the new torch about the same time as he cast Shield, so we should be on turn 2/10 for this torch. So... we now have two lights, Ulfgar at the front and Wendell with the enchanted candelabra at the back

Better to return with success than sorrow, and to let Herne lead to a successful hunt.
They will finish the day.
I think everyone has darkvision? If so, we could continue longer to get the work finished.
She uses normal tracking (40%) Venwynn tracking (??%), then the Locate Animal spells.

125 miles?!? I can't locate anything unless its more than a week's march away? Damn. Lousy spell. I add to our foraging as we resupplied at the roliver. Foraging (70) [1d100]=27 Lharzin looks comfortingly at Algrim, but her voice belies a warning. "We are on the wrong side of two mountain rang...
