Re: Chapter 3: Judged under Open Skies

"Fond welcomes my friends, but were the moment a happier occasion! It seems we are to be judged, for what crimes I know not. Have you fared any better in understanding what this trial relates to?"

Re: Chapter 3: Judged under Open Skies

Does Mourn here this as well? If so he rises, cleans himself off as best as he can, swallows a bit of water and strides out of his cage.

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

Mournath will test some of the unguents on his wounds, any effect?
"...ummmmmm that's alright burd, maybe if I could just get some rest?"

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

Mournath's got 'weaving' in his background, could he sew up wounds? He might not be able to 'heal' but it might help. "Burd, let me see what I can do. I've no art of the healer or wise woman about me, but I've done delicate needle-work before." Mournath doesn't look to good himself and giv...

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

While the bonds are tight, Mourn bears the pain. [1d20] = 17 [1d4] = 1
in damage

While trying to keep track of where they are going [1d20-1] = 10-1 = 9 (I have tracking X2 and survival IF either would add a bonus to that)

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

My weapon has neither a name or a lineage as does my friends, but I crafted her with my own art and she's kept me fed through many a winter. Mournath comes out from hiding and places bow and quiver near Burds weapons.

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

If cutting my legs from beneath me is still part of that deal, I'd rather die here on my feet. If you are a reasonable being that seeks to redress a wrong done to you, I've enough courage to STAND before your court and prove my innocence. Mournath is ready to go down fighting if it means he's gong ...

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

Mournath shouts Arrest?! You attacked us with no word, no warning and no attempt to parley! If arrest was your aim, these things you could have done. As it stands, YOU are nothing but marauders and killers! Mournath prepares an arrow as he speaks.

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

If I understood correctly, Mournath is hiding between some rocks, i.e. not under the wagon with Bürd, right?

That is correct, i'm ducked down with a shield over my head .

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

Badly injured, Mournath takes shelter in the outcropping of rocks grabbing some detritus from the wagon to hold as a shield. Squatting down within the ring of stones and holding his make-shift shield over head he attempts to weather the harpy storm. Burd! Take cover! We can track them after they mov...

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

Mournath scans the sky, arrow knocked and ready for trouble. Being an experienced woodsman and tracker, he tries to determine the travel direction the harpies are taking with their prisoners.

Re: Adventure 2, Chapter 2: Stoat and the Pass

The two most accessible harpies are the ones unharnessing the donkeys. Or do you want to grab onto one as she flies by?
One as they fly by. I'll leap onto a rock outcropping as one approaches to get more height and make the leap!
