Re: OOC
Glad to hear some excitement. I plan to start looking through the character builds soon. If I can swing it, the game will start this weekend.

Re: OOC
As a player do you want individual private threads or a public thread. I am leaning towards private threads to keep everything centrally located. Otherwise I may lose track of PMs if there is communication between. Anyone have a preference?

Re: OOC
If I am understanding correctly I would have a private thread under the Treasure Hunt (2e) campaign for any conversations between us - that makes sense to me.
Re: OOC
PMs are horrible to manage. Either keep everything public or ask to have the private forums made.
As another suggestion, I always had an extra "DM Notes" private forum for myself. Let me track private notes within the forum system so I was not ever caught without them.

Re: OOC
Private threads work best I think PMs go away eventually or get deleted for more space so it's easy to lose that information over time. Private threads are there unless a moderator accidentally deletes it.Tragic Tales wrote:As a player do you want individual private threads or a public thread. Public is fine if you want to hide stuff in spoilers for specific players only but others might take a peak anyway some times the temptation overcomes.

Re: OOC
Are we starting soon? If so might want to unlock the IC topic/thread/forum.

Re: OOC
Sorry for the delay. My free time for the week will not be as much. I have a project due at the end of the week and a lot left to do. Time may loosen up by Thursday, or it should if I'm going to meet my deadline.
I will get the intro thread up tonight to get things started. It might be Thursday or Friday before I post in the game thread though.

Re: OOC
And we have lift off. I will have to push back character review to the weekend. But this is more of a role play start than combat.

Re: OOC
I wish there were a way to more easily acknowledge my appreciation for other people's posts in the forum.
I appreciate the great kick-off post Tragic Tales!
I also greatly enjoyed Marullus getting things started by generously covering us all in sores and filth!
