Re: where are the children
Sylhorn worries about the heat but continues forward even if the other two need to stay back.

Re: where are the children
Sylhorn is a bit confused since one of the girls was found dead. He moves nearer to the girls and asks in a soft calm tone "What are you girls doing here? Why aren't you at home this is a dangerous place you know."

Re: where are the children
Sylhorn tries to see if he recognizes them "Who are your parents? I was sent to find two girls and I was hoping to return them to their parents. Come girls we should leave this evil place." he says extending a friendly hand towards them.

Sylhorn leads them back to where LeFleur and Sarge should be waiting and tries to lead them back to the entrance of the mine.

Re: where are the children
Sylhorn upset with the timing of this decides to try and head towards the grove knowing it will take them a very long time to get there compared to the Satyr's village but he is unsure the girls will know how to act in the Satyr village. At the very least they will have to travel for a bit and camp before dark.

Re: where are the children
Sylhorn looks for a place that is well covered and defensible from attack if such a spot exists, to make camp.

Re: where are the children
You find a small cropping of trees that will allow good cover and make a small camp.

Search [1d6] = 2
Sylhorn being a bit concerned also tries to take note of the tracks the girls left do they appear to be normal or is there anything off about either one? Say looking like they are leaving footprints of something far heavier than their size?

About time
thinking something seems off syl begins looking at the tracks and notices indeed one set is not correct, they impression is far to deep for a small child. Just then sarge begins to growl and you smell sulphur in the air.
you turn around just in tome to see one of the small girls staring at you with a wicked smile, and suddenly her body begins to twist and turn as she transforms into something else. A large black bat winged demon weilding a flaming broadsword
you should have stayed away when you could mortal

Re: where are the children
Sylhorn actually suspected something was off when there should have only been 1 girl remaining not 2. Thought of the print part as i was going to bed but didn't bother to post it. Meant to this morning but focused to answering your watch order question.
