This is what I came up with for new Skills, instead of reworking Characters because of the way the rules are, they would all be listed under HUMINT or Intellect. I am going to say that everyone can have 7 Skills, you don't have to pick any of these new ones if you don't want to These are all optional I just want you to note what the Skill is based on

Current Events News events almost anything on one or more of the mass media channels networks

World History Again fairly common knowledge with the understanding that at least one fellow Agents has a more in-depth knowledge base

Political Science Lumping anything political in this category Events in countries, World Leaders and a bit of history about countries

Streetwise Knowledge of notable figures in criminal organizations, locations where particular organizations hold influence, news of new designer drugs (Appearance, effects, possible antidotes)

Cryptozoology Knowledge of creatures such as Bigfoot, Chupacabra, and others (Whatever knowledge you have may/ may not be correct)

For those specializing in HUMINT skills they will get a bit more info as they pick up more clues

On all but the last, are they sub-skills under one Specialized Skill, or narrow usage Specialized skills in their own right?

Hm, I'll say they are sub-skills under HUMINT except for Cryptozoology, which is its own specialized skill
