If the rest agree with him taking the gems, then, yes.

Daisy
Daisy heaves a sigh of relief when they finally reach town. She goes into "head nurse' mode immediately. Hey, Ya'll! I need someone to help get Keg to his... tent? Shack? Where was he stayin', anyway?

If Keg didn't have some kind of quarters, Daisy will just commandeer an empty shelter for him, and get him settled until further healing can be applied.

I'm good with the division as listed. Just gotta figure out what the stone does...

Darklin

Daisy We can put Keg in my bedroll. I have room in my tent for him. We can leave him there and I will retrieve a Hammock from the Hi-Lo to sleep in. I will watch over him tonight.

Making his way back to his tent with his gear and returning to help Daisy get Keg into his tent and bedded down for the night.

Grimm

"Won't you have room yet for one more occupant, Darklin? I don't have a place to sleep myself in this town. I could go get the hammocks myself."

The dwarf looks around, feeling awkward in the town.

Liam will take a hammock each for him and Joe if that is okay. Other than that I am good with whatever Sorry I am so late getting back to everyone. Things are getting crazier in education in Arkansas and promising to get a lot worse.

As for Keg, any division there is fine. He won't complain too much if everything seems fair since he went down. Well, he might miss the Valkyries he almost got to hang out with but that is another story, isn't it? :)

Dexter Broadleaf

After situating most of his belongings in his shack, Dexter takes the cover to his new cot down to the ocean's edge and washes it thoroughly. He then brings it back and hangs it on the side the shack to dry. A few moments later, he can be seen heading to the Hi-Lo.

Returning To Town
Starday, 20th of Goodmonth
Early Evening, Warm, Humid, Very Buggy

Before arriving in town, the wagon is stopped so the extra weapons can be hidden in Darklins trunk in secret. He plans to bury them in the dirt under his tent, letting everyone in the group know about it. The others agree. After claiming items of their own, each member agrees to sell the remainder to the Hi-Lo and split the profits.

Paul nods at Grimms question. “Ya, the camp by the waterfall. That was nice there.” Then he looks to Cealwyn. “I rather enjoyed the adventuring. I think I might do some more.”

Marge and her girls carry their water to the communal barrels and begin filling them again, but Grimm looks a bit apprehensive to enter the settlement. Darklin tells the others that he will allow Keg to recuperate in his tent so he may watch over the fighter.

Actions?

I can’t respond to any of the posts in town until this treasure situation is resolved. I simply will not allow answers like, “I’m happy with whatever.” Can you please just pick a line for each character and be done with it? Please? Or if you aren’t comfortable choosing your own reward, let somebody do it for you? I honestly have no idea why it is so difficult for groups to divide treasure in this game. It’s killing me! A less callous DM might find it insulting when the players don’t seem to appreciate that part of the game. If you would prefer to completely avoid this unpleasant task in the future, that can be arranged.
If anyone wants to take a stab at dividing this up a little more evenly, please do. Otherwise I will step in. I stepped in.
Paul already has:
200sp
25gp gem

Darklin wants:

1 longbow (broken string)
A large wooden trunk

800sp
Assorted small gemstones 350gp

Nallissa will take 2 of each item, offering 35gp total. The rest can be donated to the militia or split up amongst you. There is no interest from anyone else.

2/12suits of heavily worn leather armor
2 suits of heavily worn studded leather armor
2/5 longswords/leather sheath

2/6 daggers/leather sheath
2/3 hand axes
2/10 badly worn crossbows

She offers to buy these supplies as well for the hard listed price.

Never one to appear ungrateful...

Dexter Broadleaf

Dexter looks at the two unclaimed, and apparently unwanted, piles of gems. He scoops one of the piles up and drops it into his pouch, muttering, "Don't mind if I do!" Not wanting to appear excessively greedy, he picks up the shiny hand ax, waves it around, and says, "Hey! If nobody wants this...." he lets the thought linger in the air as he slides the magical hatchet into his belt.

Darklin

To Dexter:

I am good with you keeping the ax but the gems should be split up between the rest of us. The ax is worth more and all the gems combines being magical and all. Besides Keg and Liam still haven't gotten a share yet.

To Grimm:

Yes, Grimm I have a rather large sized tent that I purchased to set up a bow making shop but things have not turned out the way I had hoped with that. Still a work in progress. But yes I have room for you.

Dexter Broadleaf

"Fair enough," says the Halfling. "I'll give this pile of gems to Liam. If you're worried about Keg, take the other pile and give them to him when he wakes up. We'll even split those 10 gold coins between them. Better?"

So, Keg and Liam both get 150 gp in gems and 5 gp's. And Dexter gets an enchanted hatchet.

sigh

There are two shares available, one for Keg, the other for Liam.

There are 2 options left. ONE pile of gems worth 150gp. And one handax and 10gp.

Where are we coming up with 2 piles of gems left?

Dexter offerred to give the (1) pile of gems he had claimed to Liam and told Darklin to give the (2) pile of gems to Keg. They likewise split the 10 gold coins that went with the hatchet. And Dex took the hatchet.

So then Grimm gets nothing? I think you’re going off the unupdated list.

Never mind!

With BH’s choices, I think this is finally sorted out enough to my liking. If you want to switch it all up now, be my guest!

Thank the gods you solved that one! As I was reading through it I was thinking "Hey, hey! What happens with Grimm! He already claimed one of the stacks of gems!"

Anyway, I'm fine fine with the distribution. I think there's nothing left that could still be split?
