I have made notes on actions in the "Who is Where" table in the Google Doc to help understand who is pressing forward and what others are doing.

Sorry for the delay in updating, things went crazy.

I have Grimaud and Nathan definitely pressing into the next room and firing at fleeing spiders.

Taheri is going to rush in and check out the bundles, is she ok with doing that under the gaze of the 2 spiders lurking near the bundles?

Ana grabbed a laser off one of the dead spiders and handed it to Sara who is examining the dead spiders. They could come into the room in the 2nd wave.

Harper could also be in the first wave, she has no specific weapons but probably has a shotgun (only missile weapon she can wield without penalty) and a blade (melee weapon she has advantageous strength with).

(OOC: With Harper in NPC mode I believe we had her go start the getaway car / launch).

Ok, Harper will go back to the launch, at this point it probably make sense for Squee to do so also, though she could be armed with a Laser off a dead spider.

She does notice the two spiders, glares at them, and points her gun at them. She speaks directly to them:

I'm here to get my crew back. I can shoot you right now, or you can leave us alone, and live. I have no problem splattering your guts across the room.

Vee works to get Foix back into the fight, and then she goes to check on the downed scouts.

Ana looks over at Foix, then Sara before watching Grimaud and Nathan charge into the next room firing their weapons. “Fuck.”

“Sara grab any electronics, notepads anything then keep an eye on the door, do not need to get fuckin’ surrounded in here.”

She moves quickly to the next door and spots the sacks, “We are looking for three right, cut them down check for a pulse and evac them the hell out of here.”.

Ok, the spiders overlooking the bundles are surprised, so Taheri and Ana each start to cut open a bundle.

Oh, ok, Grimaud was firing at the retreating spiders from the first room. Firing an SMG at the spiders near the bundles would be a bad idea unless you don't mind shooting at the bundles (or the folks trying to retrieve the bundles).

Yeah, I don't want to get gung-ho unless it's a one-sided massacre. I'll hold off for now then.

Ok, either firing at them (no risk of hitting the bundles, they are out of the line of fire on the fleeing spiders).

In either case, Grimaud's fire convinces the two spiders to keep fleeing.

Ana and Taheri identify humans in the bundles though it will take a bit longer to free them.

The spiders watching the bundles are now not surprised, clearly their leader from the previous room is out of action, yet they still make their morale check and drop on Ana and Taheri.
