The idea is that the entire procedure would take up an entire day of actions, other than normal activities like eating, sleeping, etc. So, unless the task was quick and simple, no.

Easier to ask this out of character as we're spread out. Darklin and Andron would like to swap a couple more spells but this will take another two days. Andron could use Charm Person if Brutus is humanoid and hostile and Darklin will need all the options he can get for the pirates. That should put us returning on the 19th?

Saracen is happy with a two day Hiatus. He has things to do himself, he is attempting to fashion augury plaques for his augury spell from all the Minotaur horns he’s collected, figuring they are pretty extraordinary and formidable creatures. Then he has spell research of his own he wishes to conduct. So however long you need feel free.

Alordan will need to update his action. I was thinking it was 'save' when it was an ability check - so he failed horribly. He should not have noticed the 3 maybe-pirates and would have continued listening to the discussion on the pirate mission. OM - you want me to edit that or just leave it here?

Yes! I was thinking the same thing today, actually. What I really like is the reactions and responses to our characters feel natural. Like, if something didn't quite go as I expected, the reason why becomes evident when I review what happened.
