Chapter One: Arrival

Following after the fleeing ghouls, you proceed to the end of the "T" corridor. The ghouls fled north but taking a moment to check the southern hall you see if goes 10 feet before twisting back to the west. Seeing nothing apparent to move up behind you, you turn north only to see this hall does the same; it goes north 10 feet before turning west as well.

Sorry, its been 5 minutes since the combat. You had to wait for the paralysis to wear off the 2 new members plus Shade.

Hex will join in the search for secret doors as well. Are there any tracks we can see? he asks as he looks himself

Try as hard as you might, no one is able to find any manner of secret doors in this section. As for tracks, it is very difficult to discern any sets. There has been a lot of traffic in this area recently apparently. The hall does continue to the north out of sight from where you stand.

"Hmph, Wasting Time." the big man mumbles with a notable scowl at the shorter members of the party (which is everyone).

He proceeds North.

Looking north, it appears as though this hall connects back with a hall previously passed. You still do not catch sight of the ghouls.

Jardin agrees to continue even though it leaves an enemy behind. "We'll need to keep eyes on our rear - they could sneak up on us again."

"At this point we don't have much choice since they could already be behind us which is the way we'd head to try someplace new. So might as well go, and just be careful as they could be in the way again."

Just as a point of reference, you haven't cleared the hallway ahead of you to the north. I filled it in merely for ease. After the bend to the north and till where the halls split is unexplored.

"Lets check the rest of this hallway and then if we don't find anything turn around." Bingo checks the new area.

Bingo, Thir, and Shade continue on the last stretch of unexplored hallway in order to confirm their suspicions that this piece of hall connects with one they past earlier. As they round the corner, they catch the sound of movement just before the ghouls jump out at them.
