This is a preemptive post. I'm in the possible path of Hurricane Florence which should start affecting my area on Sat. As long as I have power & networking, I'll be posting.
It's hard to explain puns to kleptomaniacs because they always take things literally.

Well, it waited until 11:05 tonight for the power to go out. Bet it was a rogue limb and they can get us power back by morning. The winds here have just started to get in the 20+ mph sustained. If it had been a longer time of wind, I'd be a bit more worried so this might be a small hiccup.

Power returned about 12:30 AM. Internet and TV was out until a few moments ago. The worst part of the storm (for me) is still to come so we'll see what is in store.

Mangkhut typhoon signal is up to no. T9 here, might get a no. T10 later. T8 is when everything shuts down. Not too worried because our building engineers are extremely paranoid, though we'll probably lose a lot of trees.

I will be without computer access from Sunday afternoon to late Tuesday EST. I will try to update Tuesday night, but it may be Wednesday morning. I may update before I head out, not sure at this point.
