Thank the gods for simultaneous initiatives.
I don't think I have ever seen a player use an enemy as an anchor point for that spell before.
It was such an awesome idea......I had to allow it.

Re: B S (III)
Well, it mostly worked...
I intended that the weight of the man would slow down the boat and drag it to shore (or near shore). I wasn't accounting for either 1. the speed of the water or 2. the weight of the boat (or both). Still, I'll take it! It was satisfying to have that man get yoinked out of there (and not stab Chauncey again ).

My favorite part is how long that spell lasts.
He will be like that for 60 rounds.

Should be good enough of a lure to bring up any additional trolls or critters for us to see.

Trolling for trolls....... nice!
Re: B S (III)
Almost as fum as trolling for titans! Did something similar in another campaign back in college. Me and some others were trying to get the attention of the monster our dm swore was not the kraken, but was totally the kraken. We bought some cattle from a local rancher and chained them up to the back of a small ship and didnt tell the captain. He went out to sea and we were watching from a nearby cliff at the harbor mouth with a baliste. Worked like a chsrm until we realized none of us were good for shooting the baliste and missed by a mile... like... and actual mile.

Sorry for being a bit slow to respond. Round two of The Head Cold From Hell (tm) left me with a horrid cough, and I have been a bit spaced out.

I know someone who refers to kids as 'petri dishes'. She teaches kindergarten.

My friends, with a small child, came up with a new Olympic sport: The Child Toss, for distance and accuracy.
They are indeed petri dishes. <cough, snorggle, cough>
I am getting better. Amazingly, hot water with honey and lemon juice really helps vs. proto-bronchitis.

Sorry to disappoint your friends- I remember many summer days playing Child Toss with my Dad. He always scored extra when I landed on my head.
