Tavin will try this again, from last turn: Tavin will try and get through the oil and lay hands on Calthas.

Save [1d20] = 11

Tavin saves on 11 or higher. :)

Zef crawls out of the pantry and gets to his feet. He'll attend to Calthas if he can, binding his wounds.

ooc: Hopefully another save is not needed...yikes!

Bugger All a-round 9

INITIATIVE baddies [1d6] = 1 party [1d6] = 2

Bror slips and falls.
Odo's shot goes wide.
Tavin scrambles and lays hands on Calthas Heal [1d6+1] = 2+1 = 3. Calthas gasps as he regains consciousness.
Zef gets out of the pantry and he goes to bind wounds but finds he's better as a warrior in this situation. (autopilot)PC attack [1d20] = 16 dmg [1d8+1] = 5+1 = 6 He wounds the bugbear.
Calmert heals Thurwin, who was worse off than Calthas Heal [1d6+1] = 3+1 = 4. Thurwin blinks twice, feeling better.
Sean attacks the bugbear PC attack [1d20] = 13 but is parried.

The bugbear responds to Sean's attack monster attack [1d20] = 2 but can't get a blade in.



Bror is lying down on the job. He's all oily.
Odo is in the garbage room (230).
In the hall outside of 230, Calthas and Thurwin are both conscious but injured. Zef, Sean, Tavin, and Calmert are with them. The bugbear they face is the worst of the lot, they figure.

With most of the party now in melee with the remaining active bugbear, Odo sees an opportunity to dispatch the ones who are sleeping and held. He carefully makes his way through the slept and held baddies, putting them out of his misery.

Is there any dexterity-based method of making it safely through the oil without slipping or taking an extra round? Liek a dex check?

You have two options:
Take a round to go through carefully.
or
Save vs Paralysis

Those are the options.

Okay. I just thought that dexterity might make a difference when trying not to slip on oil.

Could I apply his missile attack bonus to the saving throw roll?

Calthas attempts to get up as soon as his health permits it. Taking advantage of the fact that the bugbear is busy in melee, he falls back a few meters, and recovers his bow. He will use it against the enemy as soon as he can.

OOC: We should keep at least one or two captive to question. All these bugbears, must be some intelligence value in this.

Bror moves out into the hall where the fighting is happening tries to attack the Bugbear if there is room to do so. 'Glimmer' Hand Axe +1 [1d20+2] = 17+2 = 19 to Hit [1d6+1] = 3+1 = 4 DMG
