Castinus agrees. No sense sending them out on a scouting mission if we take no interest in what they find. Let's follow them.

Grimes - fighter

Grimes agrees. "Yeah, let's see what the salad guys found, eh?"

The vegemites lead you to a large area with many great machines, some of which hum and others silent. They point to an object that appears to be a kind of transport, 6’ long, 3' wide, 1’ high.



Castinus reads the words on the side. (He's getting good at this language.) This is a General Products WH-33LY MAINTENANCE SLED. It is propelled by a battery operated engine which can be recharged at any General Products PLU6-1N RECHARGE terminal. Speed is 1 kph to 15 kph depending on lever setting. The controls are the speed lever, on/off switch, and flush steering wheel with lift and lock hand grasp. Capacity is 1 ton.



The vegemites seem very pleased with themselves, dancing and waving their branches. One of them gets on the sled and bounces, its tyres and shocks giving it some spring.

The vegemites gesture which you take to mean "food upstairs".
