Zoggrot, Stubble abd Rexlin then use a potion of heroism each. This leaves Pocc's 2/3 of extra healing potion available for any future healing help.

The lemures aren't that big a threat to those of us who just got a big HP boost—which makes me wonder if there's another enemy here other than the lemures. Or maybe I'm underestimating them?

Does anyone have holy water?

As for Zoggrot's musing about the intestinal wall, shooting the wall is either a good idea (to see if it gets a reaction), a bad idea (depending on the reaction), or irrelevant (if the intestine thing is an illusion). Strange that the door didn't radiate magic, though, which I'd expect if this were an illusion. But I'd also expect some sort of magic to register from an interdepensional portal kind of thing, too.

The +1 crossbow bolt Szmodics gave to Rene has a fist sized pineapple shaped attachment. Upon impact it shatters like a mini-cannonball to send shrapnel fragments in a small area of effect. The caltrops will halve movement through the area (hopefully), so I think we can hit a group of almost a dozen maggots if they crawl three abreast after us and we time it right.

If Rene is okay with that?

It is just damage limitation and keeping the wolves at bay. We don't all have extra hp so buying time is precious. Besudes it gives me something proactive while the forward group figure a way out and deal with any curses.

The pea - green miasma (or should that be pee green?), might be wise also to cover noses and mouths to pass through it. Any spare candle wax to bung us up with?

That's a good idea too.

I think I will have Sig light up his candles again and pass out some nose plugs to anyone who wants them.

All he is doing at the moment is trying not to die anyway. :lol:

Oooh, interesting idea. But wouldn't the demon/devil have those contracts, not the captain?

I suppose we can inspect the contracts once the captain is dead.

Yes I scripted that the scroll like parchments of skin enveloped Captain De la Vega like swaddling clothes with that in mind. Essentially you are facing a 'mummified' in appearance figure.
